Very quiet area, 3km from Golf Novo Sancti Petri, about 15 golf courses within 1 hour driving. The villa is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a living room. It has a large terrace with patio table and chairs which overlooks the garden area, 300 square meter grass garden. There is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board plus all linen and towels. The beach (700m), (one of the best in Andalucia) has 7 km of golden sand, shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. Chiclana is a beautiful town, the climate is ideal and you can visit many typical villages in the area, the wine cellars in Jerez, famous for its sherries and its horses and the historical city of Cádiz founded by the phoenicians is only a 15 minutes drive away. Costa Sancti Petri (Chiclana) is situated in the province of Cadiz, 120 km from Gibraltar and the nearest airport is in Jerez which is 50 km away.
