The property is in the Alcornacolis National Park and is within easy reach of Gibraltar, The Costa del Sol, Jemena, Morocco , Seville and much more. The property consists of the ground floor of a detached country villa with direct access to a patio, heated pool. and outside campo kitchen BBQ. There are many walks in the countryside around the house as well as cycle routes, dolphin watching, diving, sailing etc. (Walking maps available.) There are four bedrooms two doubles opening out onto the pool area and a twin and double opening onto the lounge which has put you up facilities for another two. A log fire is available for winter nights and a heated pool for summer and winter dips along with a first class air conditioning system, free use of the observatory,bikes, internet etc and to top it all the owners, both fully qualified RYA sailing instructors, offer sailing and motor yacht trips at very reasonable prices. Supervised use of the observatory for kids and adults is free.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The property is self catering however some basic items will be in stock including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter and some cereals. A security deposit of 50 euros is required on all bookings.
    Electricity, internet access, Sky TV and use of a games console are all included.
  • You can take a five day booking Monday to Friday 700 euros. Any season and we now accept bookings that do not start on specific days.
  • Supervised use of the Observatory and telescopes is included in all holidays completely free.
    Use of cycles is free but a deposit is required.

  • Two of the bedrooms overlook the patio and pool area and have views of the National Park. The third bedroom overlooks the side terraced area and has country views down the valley. The forth bedroom overlooks the side patio. The two bedrooms overlooking the pool area have double doors opening out on to the terrace and you can step out of your bedroom into the pool.

Notes: The pool and pool area is quite private with places to sit out and sunbath looking over the local countryside. There is a fully fitted campo outside kitchen with a large gas BBQ, charcoal BBQ, hotplate, ring, sink, and fridge. To the right of the property is a stepped terrace with a sitting out and eating area and lots of plants and flowers. The gardens cover 6000m. sq. and are fairly mature with pathways and an observatory for star gazing. Three bikes are available to use free. The owners run a sailing school in Gibraltar and offer sailing trips, sailing courses, motor yacht trips and motor yacht courses as well as RYA 5 day theory courses in conjunction with Allabroad Sailing School Gibraltar. These courses include day skipper, coastal / yacht master and Ocean theory.
