Additional Information: The apartments are built and equipped of the basis of ecological criteria with natural materials. Central heated in winter, and due to its solid construction, pleasantly cool in summer. Ideally also for groups, seminars, big families. When desired breakfast, half- or full board, if the main house or the whole finca is rented. Christmas and New Year availabilities. Central heating in all rooms, iron cast fireplace in 4 of 7 apartments.
HORSE RIDING and other activities: HORSE RIDING: The DEHESA MONTENMEDIO with it's international dressage and racing events is situated some miles away. JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA, place of famous horse-celebrations and -auctions, only 50 miles away, is easily reachable by an expressway. Horses can be lent nearby. BEACH WALKS, DIP AND SWIM: more than 13 miles of beach. COOKING: Atlantic fish and sea fruits, catch-freshly and inexpensive; vegetable daily freshly from the market hall SURFING: From the surf paradise Tarifa to Cadiz at different beaches TENNIS: Tennis courts in Conil and Roche LANGUAGE COURSES / FLAMENCO AND GUITAR COURSES: In Vejer
Conditions: Included in the price: Weekly change of bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning and final cleaning, heating and energy costs, welcome food hamper. Washing machine is provided in a special room. The pool is open from April to October. Additional bed 60 Euro per week. Cradle/cot and child's high chair can be provided on request without costs.
Golf: Several good to luxuriouse golf courses nearby, for example Dehesa Montenmedio, Novo Sancti Petri, Benalup.
