The apartments are built and equipped of the basis of ecological criteria with natural materials. Central heated in winter, and due to its solid construction, pleasantly cool in summer. Ideally also for groups, seminars, big families.

HORSE RIDING and other activities:
HORSE RIDING: The DEHESA MONTENMEDIO with it's international dressage and racing events is situated some miles away. JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA, place of famous horse-celebrations and -auctions, only 50 miles away, is easily reachable by an expressway. Horses can be lent nearby.
BEACH WALKS, DIP AND SWIM: more than 13 miles of beach.
