The villa has 3 bedrooms,(cot available on request) 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, complete with microwave, fridge and washing machine, and a light and airy lounge /dining area. There is a large enclosed garden and patio area outside with a purpose built barbecue, perfect for dining 'al fresco' or watching over the family while they play in the pool! To the front of the villa there is a arched porch area with table and chairs, and ample enclosed car parking.

Nearest Airport : Jerez at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry : Cadiz at 30 Kilometres

Families and couples of all ages adore the extensive sandy beach at La Barossa which is only 15 minutes away. The villa is ideally placed for Jerez (30 mins) Cadiz (30 mins) Seville (60 mins) and Gibraltar (90 mins), all of which are very easily accessible if you want to soak up some spanish culture, or if you are simply in need of some retail therapy! Further along the coast are; Conil, Vejer and Tarifa, all well worth a visit - the latter being well known to surfing/watersport enthusiasts. Ryanair flies to the international airport at Jerez De La Frontera daily , but equally accessible are the airports at Seville, Gibraltar and Malaga.

Beaches: La Barrossa beach is only 15 minutes away and boasts some 6km of beautiful sand. Further along you with find Sancti Petri, Conil and Vejer, all of which are dotted with cafes and restaurants if you require some shade and a long cool drink.

Sporting activities: Horse riding is available locally and there are various spots ideal for hiking, walking and mountain biking. The beaches nearby provide a wide variety of watersports during the summer season such as surfing, wind surfing, jet skis and paragliding.

Shopping: A large supermarket selling everything from food and clothes, to garden furniture and washing machines can be found 5 minutes away from the villa. There are shops galore in Cadiz and Seville, and close to the golf course at Novo Sancti Petri there is a modern shopping centre with various designer outlets, the shopper within you will think they are in heaven! About 20 minutes away near San Fernando, there is a shopping centre called Bahia Sur, home to 'El Corte Ingles' amongst others. Duty free shopping in Gibraltar is a must, here you will find Marks & Spencer, Safeways and British Home Stores to name a few!

Golf: 'Nueva Golf' about 10 minutes drive away from the house, currently 9 holes with a further 9 to be opening Mid April 2006. No handicap certificate is required but they request a 'reasonable' level of play and that suitable golfing attire should be worn. Further courses at Novo Sancti Petri (handicap certificate required) and San Andres, about 20 minutes away. CHECK RENTAL RATES FOR BEGINNING OF THE YEAR - IDEAL GOLFING WEATHER!!!!!!!!!!!

Have had the pleasure of using this villa as a base to explore the surroundig area a few times now and find it very comfortable and relaxing.
The owners, who live next door, are a very friendly couple who go out of their way to make you welcome and should any problems occur, will rectify them asap.
The facilities are top notch,just what you would expect for your money, the cleanliness is second to none.
I would recommend this place to all.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Sightseeing
