This Villa is located on San Andres Golf and is perfectly suited to groups or families. San Andres is a 9 hole golf course on the Cadiz-Malaga road near to the town of Chiclana and the beautiful fishing village of Conil. There are countless beautiful beaches, shops, lots of restaurants and many top golf courses. The Villa is walking distance from the clubhouse and the first tee and only a 10 /15 minute drive to the best beaches of the Costa de la Luz at Roche, Conil de la Frontera and La Barossa. The beaches are not crowded and heralded as the best in Spain. The house is well presented with lovely gardens. It has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main villa and an annex with double bedroom with ensuite bathroom .Alongside your private pool, there are large front and rear terraces for entertaining outside and 2 further reception areas inside. There is a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

San Andres Golf is positioned between Conil de la Frontera and Chiclana de la Frontera in the province of Cadiz on the Costa de la Luz. It is 40mins from Jerez, under 90 mins from Gibraltar, 90 mins from Seville and 2 hrs 30 mins from Malaga (all international airports).White sandy beaches within minutes drive of villa with choices of beach bars and facilities from Cape Trafalgar to La Barrosa. Roman ruins, White Village Tours; Wine tours many Churches and Cathedrals, National Parks; Bird watching, fishing and golf are all with easy drives. The ferry for North Africa is 40 minutes away with daily crossings and guided tours and longer breaks if required. Cadiz, Sevilla and Jerez are steeped in history and should be a must on things to do. Tourist buses available.
