Roche is a quality development near to the village of Conil and to the town of Chiclana. There are beautiful beaches, shops and lots of restaurants serving local delicacies. Roche has a clubhouse within walking distance which has a restaurant and supermarket. There are tennis courts and football/basketball courts and Roche Beach is itself regarded as one of the best in Spain. The beach is a 20 minute walk away and has bars and restaurants serving local food. Casa Margarita is situated in a very quiet cull de sac at the top end of Roche. The villa has five double bedrooms including two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The other three are twin bedded with a further full bathroom. A large lounge; fully fitted kitchen kitchen with dining area and long windows overlooking the garden. There is a front porch plus a rear patio both with tables and chairs. The garden is large and laid mainly to lawn with a fenced swimming pool and patio area. Off road parking for three cars.

Golf: For the golfers amongst you there are several courses near by. Closest is the Seve Ballesteros designed Championship standard Sancti Petri which has 2 courses. Also close by is San Andres which is regarded as a fine test of golf by those who have graced the narrow, flat fairways, which wander through the pine trees of the private estate of San Andres. The villa is perfectly placed for all the other main golf courses on the Costa de la Luz, including further championship courses designed by Jack Niclaus (Montecastillo),Jose Maria Olazabal (Costa Ballena) and the wonderful MontenMedio. The Costa de la Luz offers golf for players of all standards. From championship standard golf to the relaxed family vibe of San Andres. Our regular clients say that the beauty of playing golf here is that you will often find that you are the only people on the course, which is not something that can be said of the overcrowded courses on some of Spain and Portugal’s other coasts' golf courses.

great location. the villa is in a residential area with its own cafe, playground and supermarket and beach within walking distance. The pool has a fence around it to protect the little ones and no need to bring your inflatables or beach towels are there are plenty at the villa to use. The owners were really helpful and there's a great reference manual at the house. A visit to Veher is a must - but leave it til the evening time. Sunsets on La Barossa beach were stunning.
Would definitely go back.
