This spacious 4 bedroom villa enjoys all the comforts and facilities of home but is set in the beautiful El Santiscal of Arcos de la Frontera. The villa is in a beautiful Spanish urbanisation area and is approx 3 minutes walk to the lake which is open all year round, you can enjoy all facilities such as canoeing, scuba diving, wind surfing and fishing, etc. Also walking distance, 2 supermarkets, 4 restaurants/bars and golf. The villa is a 10 minute drive to surrounding countryside. The villa 4 bedrooms 1 adjoining, 1 bathroom downstairs WC upstairs, large swimming pool, pretty gardens, front and rear large patio area, a rear seating for 8 people. Also veranda 1st floor seating for 6 plus a roof terrace with beautiful views and across town (white). The villa also has a outhouse option for use. Jerez airport approx 20 minute drive from the villa. There is also English TV at the villa, American fridge and dishwasher.

Arcos is listed in the book ' 100 things to see before you die', and if you come and see the town you will understand why. It is the most famous 'Pueblo Blanco', white town with its not to be missed Casco Antiguo, historic old quarter with narrow winding cobbled streets and little bars where you could do an authentic 'tapas tour', visit art galleries and ceramic shops and churches going back to the 15th century. Just outside Arcos is 'el santiscal' where you will find a beautiful lake where you can do watersports of all description. Arcos is a great base to explore this beautiful area of southern Andalucia. Visit the sherry bodegas and horse riding school of Jerez, or Seville, and the Isla Magica theme park, explore Cadiz (Europe's oldest city) with its empty white sandy beaches and cheap seafood. Or just relax by the pool or on the many beautiful white sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz only 40 minutes away.

Climate of the area : Climate of the area This area of southern Andalucia enjoys a fantastic micro climate allowing you to enjoy outside activities all year round. It is not called Andalucia ' the land of light ' for nothing. The light quality is fantastic. It is also a very green area, with many olive groves and lakes and reservoirs, served by the area of Grazalema (with its mountain range).

Golf: Arcos Gardens Golf Course This is a recently opened golf course just outside Arcos called 'Arcos Gardens'. At the moment you can enjoy a days golf (2 x 9 hole course) including lunch for 55 euros per person. This is the climate for enjoying a round of golf all year round on a beautiful, newly landscaped golf course just a couple of miles from the villa.
