This newly built luxury 4 bedroom villa is situated within easy walking distance (700m) of the 8km long blue flag beach at La Barrosa. It is an ideal location, whether you want to relax on the beach, laze by our heated pool, play golf, or soak up the Spanish culture. This is the area where the Spaniards spend their holidays. The villa is newly furnished and fully equipped in a contemporary style. It has a large (750m2) walled garden, which is totally secluded and secure with lawns,flower beds and umbrella pine trees. There is a private 9m x 5m heated swimming pool with Roman steps, shower and patio. Numerous bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance and plenty of championship golf courses are only a short drive away.The villa has the benefit of mains water, electricity and sewage.

A five minute drive takes you to the resort of Novo Sancti Petri with its arcades of designer shops and the Severiano Ballesteros designed 36 hole golf course with the delightful Campano 9 hole golf course close by. Further afield are championship courses designed by Jack Nicklaus (Montecastillo), Jose Maria Olazabal (Costa Ballena) as well as excellent courses at Montenmedio and Benalup. Also within 5 minutes drive is the town of Chiclana with its shops, markets, bars and restaurants as well as public transport and medical facilities. Trip out to Cadiz (the oldest city in Europe), Jerez (famous for its flamenco, sherry and brandy bodegas and dancing horses; it also has an excellent zoo), the old hilltop white villages (pueblos blancos), such as Arcos, Medina Sidonia, or Vejer. Alternatively, explore the rock at Gibraltar and do your tax free shopping there. Perhaps you could visit the dunes and Roman remains near Tarifa, or go whale and dolphin watching if that's your cup of tea.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment is in euros. A 50% deposit is payable on booking to secure your chosen dates. The full rental charge is due if booking within 8 weeks of the arrival date. A security deposit of 400€ will be held to cover the cost of any damage breakages or agent call-out charges during your stay. Rates are all inclusive of gas, electricity, cleaning, linen, water rates pool maintenance and a welcome pack. Deposits are fully refundable upon cancellation provided the villa is re-let. Security deposit is also fully refundable. Saturday to Saturday rentals are preferred but enquiries for other start dates are welcome .

Notes: A heated pool allows you to actually use it all year round. The sofa bed means that the villa can sleep 10. Programmable air-conditioning (hot or cold) ensures that you have the temperature you want throughout the year .Since this area ( in common with a lot of Spain ) has hard water ,we have installed a water softener .The ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath to pamper yourself with .In the lounge area is a log burning fireplace for those cosy winter nights. There is a corner shop at the end of the road and a self service mini-market 50 metres further on. A big Supersol is only 3 minutes drive away. We have mains water , electricity and sewage.

Flights: Daily flights by Ryanair to Jerez from Stansted and from Liverpool to Seville. Monarch fly from Manchester to Malaga. GB(BA) fly from Gatwick to Gibraltar. Drive times to the villa are 40 minutes from Jerez and just over 1hour from Gibraltar and Seville. Airport transfers are available.
