Detached Villa with pool, 2km from La Barrosa Beach.

Our older traditional villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 2km from the wonderful beach of La Barrosa and comprises of 1 double bed & 1 twin, lounge with open fireplace, sofa bed, TV with English Freeview channels, DVD & CD player with a small selection of CDs & DVDs. The fully tiled kitchen is light and airy with 2 windows and door to the garden; it has fitted units with washing machine, fridge/freezer, new cooker, microwave, iron & ironing board. The large fully tiled bathroom has bath with shower over, ample towels provided plus hair-dryer. Outside there are two covered porch areas with dining tables and a traditional Spanish outdoor kitchen with sink, food preparation area & BBQ. There is a 6mx4m gated pool and a lawn area with loungers. The villa is surrounded on 3 sides by a garden wall giving privacy. Entrance to the house is through large lockable gates, ensuring that everything is safe and secure (including any children). There is ample parking for several cars.

The property is in the popular area of La Barrosa beach, with its magnificent long white sandy beaches and with all year round surfing. There are several golf courses within a couple of minute’s drive and horse riding both mins away. For the kids Aqualand at El Puerto de Santa Maria & a zoo in Jerez are close by. The resort has many bars and restaurants with fresh seafood a speciality; the local supermarket is only 5 minutes away. The bustling town of Chiclana de la Frontera is a short drive with large hypermarket, many shops and restaurants and a weekly market, as well as a covered daily food market selling fresh local produce. A great chance to see real Spain, as yet unspoilt by development, with many of the old white hill villages and the lovely city of Seville close by. The nearest airport is Jerez, just 40 minutes with its cheap daily flights from London Stansted by RyanAir. Seville, Gibraltar and Malaga airports are 1.5, 2 and 2.5 hours drive and are serviced by BA & EasyJet.
