This beautiful villa is located in the quiet unspoiled area on the Coast of Light in Spain - Pina de la Francesa. Situated in an ideal position to explore this lovely part of Spain, this villa has recently been built to a high standard and will sleep 6 people. The property offers excellent accommodation comprising of lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms - 1 en-suite. Outside is a magnificent 8 x 4 meter swimming pool with a fitted cover, together with outdoor shower facilities. The garden overlooks orange and lemon groves and has been landscaped. There is a lovely pagoda with outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining. Within a fifteen minute drive of Barrosa beach, shopping complex, restaurants, bars and several golf courses. This villa named CASA FELIZ (Happy Home) is the perfect holiday home.

The Coast of Light as this wonderful area of Spain is known sits perfectly between Conil and Cadiz. Offering some of the finest beaches in the most unspoiled part of Spain, you can easily see why the Spanish themselves favour this coast as a holiday destination. The area is suitable for almost anybody. Whether you are looking for water sports, horse riding, or maybe just laying on one of the many beautiful beaches. This area of Spain is a golfers paradise. The nearest 18 hole golf course is at Novo Sancti Petri and was designed by Seve Ballesteros. Places a must to visit include, Seville, Gilbraltar, Jerez, Tarifa, Cadiz and Conil. Fine wines and delicious food can be found everywhere. This is a must place to visit.

  • For a Christmas booking, please contact owners. Rates are inclusive of gas, electricity and pool maintenance. A 25% non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid 1 month before the departure date, together with a £200 security deposit which will be held for the duration of visit to cover any loss or damage in or around the property. This will be refunded upon a satisfactory inspection of the property.
