Detached 3 bed villa with private pool

Recently built private villa set in a large secluded garden. The 8m by 4m pool is situated in the large landscaped garden, which is walled all around for privacy. There is also an American pool table outside for your use. The villa has been furnished to a high standard, complete with all modern conveniences. It is within easy reach of La Barrosa beach. Also, within a 5 minute drive are Novo Sancti Petri golf courses and the Commercial Centre where there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

Situated on the Costa de La Luz (Coast of Light), which runs from Gibraltar through to the Algarve. This Costa boasts fine, sandy, unspoilt beaches and typically experiences over 300 days of sunshine per year. As it faces the Atlantic Coast, the coastal breeze can be refreshing, particularly during the summer months. The town of Chiclana is still unspoilt by tourism and holds onto its traditional customs. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops within the town. The historical cities of Cadiz, the oldest city in the Western world and Jerez are also close by. Airports available for arrivals from UK are Jerez, Gibraltar and Malaga and Seville. This area is also renowned for its many championship golf courses.

At the villa, we have an outdoor American pool table and football nets. We also have a selection of books, CD's, DVD’s and board games available for your use. There are also fishing rods, tennis rackets and body boards available. There are two hair dryers available. Although the villa is non smoking, there are ashtrays available to smokers who wish to smoke outdoors. Linen and towels are provided but beach towels are not. A linen change will be made at the end of the week.

Further details for the villa in Cadiz Province (Costa de la Luz and del Sol), Spain

The rates are inclusive of service and maintenance charges. A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to guarantee reservation. The balance has to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required, with the balance, to cover any damages which may occur during your stay. The payment will be returned on completion of a satisfactory inspection on departure. Kindly note for bookings during Easter Christmas and New Year a further £100 per week will be added to the cost. A meet and greet can be arranged if required. Please note that the owners do not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury, incurred by any persons during the duration of their stay. A basic welcome pack is available to all our guests free of charge.

We spent two happy weeks in September 2007,
The villa is very private and in excellent order, the villa is well furnished and the kitchen has all the equipment you will need , Swimming pool is very well looked after as are the gardens. ( better than the photos!)
The beach is a short drive away and is one of the best in Spain.We enjoyed our stay so much we are returning in 2008.
There are plenty of good value supermarkets a short drive away and plenty of choice if you wish to eat out.
