Situated on the Costa Area of Chiclana, this villa has just been built on a small urbanisation and is amongst other villas of similar style. This is very much a new area and very popular during the holiday period as it is close to the beach, the golf complex of Nova Sancti Petri, local shops and restaurants plus the facilities of Chiclana Town. Both Sancti Petri and Barrosa have a night life. The villa has four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, one en suite, a very comfortable lounge with satellite TV, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. The rear porch offers excellent dining facilities and overlooks the pool area. The garden is walled with double gates at the front allowing ample off road parking. This villa has air conditioning units in several rooms that can be used as heaters during winter occupation.
