Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and spare bed linen and towels (not for beach use). Modern kitchen, fitted with every day appliances including W/M, D/W, F/F, Hob, and Microwave etc. A separate dining room is situated next to the kitchen which in turn leads out onto the patio, where another set of table and chairs can be found for external dining. The large 26 x 13sq m garden has an 8x4m swimming pool, BBQ, sun lounger’s and additional seating area. There is lighting surrounding the villa, so you can continue to enjoy the weather, late into the evening. Information on the nearby Golf courses can be supplied, if required. The pool is covered for the Winter each year from October to April.

• A deposit of £200.00 is held for security and is refunded on departure once our property managers confirms that there was no damage or extra cleaning required. There is a heating charge of £ 20.00 per week from October to April each year.
  For bookings of less than 7 days, there will be an additional 60 euros cleaning charge.
  
• On confirming a booking a 25% deposit is required with the balance being fully paid 8 weeks before departure.
