Casa Candi nestles in the beautiful tree lined Quite streets of Pinar de los Guisos. The villa is entered through a security camera system into a secure walled private parking area leading to a jasmine scented landscaped garden, with full size swimming pool and terrace for al fresco (out door) dining. The villa features a typically Spanish lounge For your perfect Summer Holiday, TV includes U.K. German free view and Spanish analog. DVD / Video and CD player. with a selection of DVD's, Videos, CD's A fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances which leads out to a pretty Andalusian style covered eating area. The villa features three double bedrooms, two double beds and two singles bunk beds with ample storage facilities, in all rooms. A sofa bed is situated in the lounge to sleep a further two. The bathroom is sufficient with bath/shower, wash hand basin, bidet and WC. There is a private roof terrace/solarium which boasts views across Chiclana.

Chiclana de la Frontera, is one of the townships on the Cadiz coastline where the tourist industry has under gone the greatest development , due to the beauty and the quality of its beaches. The most popular of these is la Barrosa, 8 Kilometres of beautiful sandy beaches, beside which is the little known beach resort of old Sancti Petri, an old fishing village that has now added some the most beautiful fish restaurants this area has to offer, it also boasts a magnificent marina with sea front walks to take in the sunsets and the views across to San Fernado.

Notes: We have four large wooden pool loungers for your comfort situated around the gardens, as well as six gardens chairs, which can used up on the solarium roof deck, where you really can get get away from it all whilst taking in the views to the pine forests for which this area is famous. The gardens are extremely well kept with a vast array of tropical and native plants and trees. The swimming pool is full size with a set of diving steps, the pool is cleaned through-out you stay on a weekly basis (Thursdays) to the highest possible standard.

Location: The nearest beach is a 4 minute car Journey there are plenty of excellent quality restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. This area of Spain is still very 'Spanish' with many fiestas and cultural events happening throughout the year. Its very central to historic Cadiz, reported as one, if not the oldest city in Europe, Cadiz also boasts beautiful sandy beaches, where in the evening you can watch the locals playing volleyball / football on the beach whilst strolling the front, or enjoying the delights of the beach front restaurants. Seville viewed by many as possibly the most beautiful city in Spain, with amazing architecture and 'flamenco culture' both these locations are well worth the effort, we highly recommend them both. You can be assured of an excellent service with a 24 hour contact number, whilst you relax and enjoy this part of Spain

We have stayed in this Villa many times, it is near the beach, with supermarkets and local shops nearby. There are plenty of places to eat for all budgets. There is a very good fish restaurant withing walking distance, and may restaurants for different tastes, there is even a very good english restaurant.
We usually go out in June for the local ferrier, there is plenty to see and do for us. The property is always very clean, the pool is well maintained, and the garden is very pretty. There is plenty of outside space to relax, so no need to go out all the time.
There is a lot of information on what to do or where to go in the property, which we found very helpful.
For us it is a really good place to stay.

We stayed here last year and where really looked after by Mark and Siobhan.
Nothing was too much trouble they pointed us to some great places to eat and advised on where to go to really get the best out of the area.
Although it must be said most days we just lounged around the pool and enjoyed the sunshine.
We will return to casa candi.
