The property has 5000m2 with 1 house with 1 bedroom and sofa-bed; the other is 2 bedrooms and sofa-bed, they are suitable for 2-3 person or for 4-5 person in the big ones. The finca is full with flowers, & trees (olives, evergreen oaks etc). Although they are new building, their style will transport you to the old times as their components (beams, slabs, tiles & furniture) have been brought from old warehouses nowadays disappeared. The houses have living room, complete kitchen & bathrooms, TV with satellite dish & a nice porch where you can enjoy our sun or the lovely sunsets & nights in the wide garden. Two of the houses are suitable for wheelchairs. Use our barbeque. There is also a place for your car behind the house. Our property is situated at 3 Km far from Conil centre, that’s why you can find the tranquillity, the peace you need & forget about traffic noise or crowded places. Closer beach is at 1,5Km, you can walk there trough the paths or drive in two minutes.

El Olivar de Roche Viejo is a finca of about 5000 m2. The house consists of two bedrooms suitable for 4 or 5 person to sleep, it has 2 rooms and 4 beds plus a sofa-bed in the saloon. The house have complete American kitchen, with refrigerator, washing machine micro-wave an complete bedroom, TV satellite dish in a nice living room, and a porch where you can enjoy our lovely sunsets and nights and a wide garden, the house is suitable for wheelchairs, we provide towels and sheets. Your car will be parked at the back of the house, enjoy the barbeque in our garden. The house is well insulated and has chimney so it is a good option for a holiday in our mild winter. Although it is a new building it is nicely decorated with beams, slabs, tiles and furniture. Closer beach is 1,5 Km away and a few Calas stays at 2 km, so you can walk along the paths or drive. Conil town is at 4 km by car and shorter if you like walking along the beach and cliffs

Notes to the rental rates

• Electricity, water, or heating is included in the rates. We provide clients with firewood for the chimney. Cots are available under request and cost 3 euros per night.
  The rates above are for 4 person, if there are 5, the extra person will use the sofa-bed, that will have an extra price of 15 euros per night.
  
• Cots are available under request and the have an extra charge of 3 euros per night.
  Extra person in the sofa-bed has an extra charge of 15 euros per night( sofa bed could be use for one adult or for two kids , no more than 7 years)
  
• If you want to confirm a reservation we will ask you for a deposit money of 50% of the total amount.
  Normally we ask you to send the money to our bank account using a bank transference, that may cost you between 1 to 3 euros, this expense has to be paid for you.
