The property has 5000m2 with 1 house with 1 bedroom and sofa-bed; the other is 2 bedrooms and sofa-bed, they are suitable for 2-3 person or for 4-5 person in the big ones. The finca is full with flowers, & trees (olives, evergreen oaks etc). Although they are new building, their style will transport you to the old times as their components (beams, slabs, tiles & furniture) have been brought from old warehouses nowadays disappeared. The houses have living room, complete kitchen & bathrooms, TV with satellite dish & a nice porch where you can enjoy our sun or the lovely sunsets & nights in the wide garden. Two of the houses are suitable for wheelchairs. Use our barbeque. There is also a place for your car behind the house. Our property is situated at 3 Km far from Conil centre, that’s why you can find the tranquillity, the peace you need & forget about traffic noise or crowded places. Closer beach is at 1,5Km, you can walk there trough the paths or drive in two minutes.

El Olivar de Roche Viejo is a finca of about 5000m2 in which there is placed 1 houses of 1 room suitable for 2-3 the 3rd in sofa bed in the living room. The house has a complete American kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine , micro-wave etc. complete bathroom TV satellite dish a nice living room and a porch where you can enjoy our lovely sunsets and nights contemplating the wide garden. The houses are available for wheelchairs. We provide towels and sheets. Your car will be parked at the back. The place is well insulated & has chimney, so it is a good option for a holiday in our mild winters, autumns or springs. It is newly built & nicely decorated with beams, slabs, tiles and furniture. Closer beach is at 1,5 km away and a few calas stays at 2km, so you can walk along the paths or drive. Conil town is at 4 km by car and shorter if you like walking along the beach and cliffs. Two of the houses are completely detached and the third is semi-detached.

In Conil you can enjoy the charm of Andalucia, Arabic construction, narrow and Laberintic streets, patios, flowers, shadows... lots of interesting day trips: Medina Sidonea, Arcos, Vejer,(arabic towns), Roman ruins as Baelo Claudio, particular views and villages in the mountain ranges as Ubrique, Setenil, Algodonales, the natural park of 'Pinsapark' Look for some of the lonely 'ventas' by the mountain roads and have lunch, by sure you will try some of our really typical gastronomy. Bird watching is very interesting here, due to our proximity to Africa different birds fly across or stay the hole year with us. Visiting Gibraltar or taking a Ferry to Marocco from Algeciras or from Tarifa will take you just one day. Lovely beaches and 'calas'as Bolonia, Zahara de los Atunes, El Palmar are very close to our place. Sevilla is only at 150 Km; Granada with its Alambra or Cordoba with its Mezquita are easy to reach. Summer, Autumn or Winter the temperature is nice and sunny.

  • To confirm your reservation, we ask for the total amount of the reservation and an extra money ( depsoit money) normally we ask to send it by bank transference to our account, it has a small tax, (some thing between 1, 5 to 3 euros), you will have to pay for that, the day you leave the house the deposit money will be return to you.. Electricity, water or heating is included in the rates above. We provide at the client with firewood for the chimney, bath towels and sheets.
  • Cots are available under request and they have an extra charge of 3 euros per night. Extra person in sofa bed has also an extra charge or 15 euros per person.(sofa bed could be used for 1 adult or for 2 kids no more that 7 years)
