Situation

The villa is about 12 km from the coast, up an orange growing valley. Gibraltar airport is 30 minutes away and Malaga Airport just over 1 hour away. Sotogrande and its Marina, riding stables and beaches are all within a few minutes. There are 7 golf courses less than half an hour away, including Valderrama. Day visits include Gaucin, Casares, Gibraltar and Morocco as well as the Costa del Sol centres. The local village is 1 km away and has good restaurants, supermarkets and services. Yet the villa is entirely rural with wonderful panoramic views.

The villa is on 2 floors, with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom plus a lounge and playroom on the top floor. A twin and 2 double bedrooms plus lounge and other rooms are below. Both lounges are large and have fire places. There are 2 verandahs on the ground floor and a balcony on the top floor, all with lovely views. The pool, on a lower terrace, is kidney shaped and about 4x8m. It has beautiful views of the countryside and village.The property is on 11,000sq m of terraced citrus fruit and vines. A weekly linen change and brief clean is included.

Other Information

BarBQ and pool furniture are provided and there are a variety of toys in the playroom ( each teddy has his own name and history so please look after them ). There are 7 golf courses within 15 minutes of the villa and marinas, riding stables, tennis courts and several polo fields are also within a few minutes. A car is recommended. Please bring your own beach towels.
