This beautiful apartment is available to rent all year round, located near to the lovely sports port of Estepona with views to the sea. It is only a 5-minute walk to the blue flag beaches and a great variety bars and restaurants are found on the port itself. This apartment is furnished to a high standard and has satellite TV. There is private community parking and easy access to transport. Plenty of entertainment can be found in the port where you can hire a boat for fishing, dolphin trips or simply taking a cruise for the day. The town centre of Estepona is just a short walk away along the picturesque promenade where another great variety of bars, restaurants and entertainment can be found. Estepona’s other attractions include the Selwo safari and natural parks, and a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Great motorway access means that travel to other parts of Andalucia is easy and the views enjoyable!

Estepona is a traditional Spanish fishing town well located on the coast between Marbella (20mins) & Puerto Banús (15 mins) to the east and Gibraltar (30 mins) and La Duquesa / Manilva (15 mins) to the west. The mountain villages of Gaucín (40mins) and Ronda (1hr) can be easily accessed from this town, as can the historical cities of Málaga (1hr) and Seville (1hr30mins). Within the immediate vicinity of Estepona you can enjoy a round of golf, sailing, a fishing/dolphin trip, Selwo safari park, cycling, flamenco shows, horse riding, or simply relaxing on the beach. Notes: This lovely apartment has recently been redecorated and furnished to a high standard. There are two bedrooms - master bedroom with a double bed and second bedroom with twin beds and two bathrooms, one is en-suite. The lounge / dining room is light airy and spacious and can seat 6 people comfortably and there is a fabulous view across the port to the sea from the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need and if you don't fancy cooking a great selection of bars, cafés and restaurants a re just a few minutes walk away in the Marina. This apartment is suitable for children and families are welcome.

The description of apartment given together with its location was spot on. it was clean, well maintained and everything you would need in the kitchen was on hand. We particularly liked the fact that it was light and un-fussy. Only item missing was lightweight chairs for taking down to the pool area. Joy, the agent, provided excellent customer service and we would thoroughly recommend both her and the apartment.

One minus point for us, the central location meant we suffered from street noise. However we are sure it would not be a problem for the younger generation.
