This spacious two bedroom apartment is furnished to a very high standard and provides all the mod cons for comfortable living! The apartment is located on the second floor of the ever popular Puerto Paraiso apartments and directly overlooks Estepona Port with the sea beyond and one of the two swimming pools just below. There is air conditioning in all the rooms plus TV with a selection of British channels 1,2,3,4 and 5, a DVD player and a hi-fi system. Both bedrooms are en-suite. The whole apartment is very spacious and offers generous size bedrooms and living areas. This apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of Bars, Restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. This is a high quality apartment and booking early is recommended to avoid disappointment. (New kitchen spring 2008 and new bathrooms installed in January 2009 and completely redecorated)

Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

  • A 30% deposit is required when booking. The remainder is payable in cash on arrival. Please add 20% for bookings made over the Easter weekend.

    For rentals in excess of 10 nights, additional linen will be provided. Mid term cleaning can be arranged at EURO 45.00 for a visit.
  • Air conditioning is included within the rental costs above. A security deposit of EURO 200.00 or GBP 125.00 may be required depending on the occupants of the apartment. A cot and high chair is available for a further 50 Euros per week for the two items.
  • Payments of the rental can be made in Sterling Pounds (of the EURO equivalent) if you wish.

Guests may bring their own Sky viewing card with them in order to access a wider choice of English TV channels, otherwise Sky TV viewing cards are available for hire for an extra 15 Euro per week but you must book one of these as soon as possible if required as supply is limited. Otherwise standard English channels BBC 1, 2, 3, ITV, Channel 4 and 5 are provided plus a few more as standard. ADSL internet is available at EUR 70.00 per week, which includes 1Gb of down load.

Tourist attractions: Estepona is also well located to travel to many places … Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay in Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday. Come to Estepona …. It’s a dream! Estepona es todo un sueno!

Our Second Stay at this Apartment

We have just had our second stay in this apartment and again we were not disappointed. It was clean, tidy, well equipped with plenty of clean towels and bed linen. David and Martin were helpful as always. This year we also had the benefit of the refurbished second en-suite bathroom which was very nice and as we came with friends we found the two en-suites very handy, offering more privacy for two couples.

A car is not necessary, all the amenities of the port being virtually just round the corner with a good selection of bars and resturants. The Super Sol supermarket is just across the road too.

One suggestion to the owner would be to provide sunloungers for use around the pool.

First class apartment, we will be back in May 2010!
Owner's Response: We are so pleased to hear that our clients have had another great stay in Estepona. The owner has now bought some beach chairs for the pool! (Thanks for the suggestion!).

'We have had a wonderful time in your beautiful apartment - thank you. ....all the facilities of the port are so conveniently on the door step and the supermarket opposite has meant we have not had to hire a car! Fantastic. We'll be back!'
