This two bedroom apartment is well located on the sea front side on the second floor of block 4 of the Puerto Paraiso apartments within easy walking of shops, bars in Estepona Port. The apartment is very large as it was originally two one bedroom apartments which were combined into one large apartment. The lounge provides Sky TV and there is air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are double and the two bathrooms are separate the bedrooms. There is a very large sea front terrace which provides a comfortable dining area for four plus sun beds for two people. One bathroom has a bath, bidet, sink and WC while the other has a separate shower dink and WC plus a Miele washing machine and tumble drier. The whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of Bars, Restaurants, beaches and supermarkets.

Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

Tourist Attractions: Estepona is also well located to travel to many places … Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay in Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!!

Car Hire: We can also arrange a good reliable car hire for you. You will be met at the airport and directed to the apartment by the car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a quote. We can also arrange airport transfers for you from Malaga to the apartment.

Excursions: We can also provide you with sailing days at very reasonable prices. We also provide trips to Morocco. Please ask for details.
