Lovely one bed apartment overlooking Estepona Port with two pools
This 1 twin-bedroomed apartment is situated on the first floor of the popular Puerto Paraiso apartment building in the heart of Estepona port. The apartment provides very easy access to the Port where there is a wide selection of bars and Resturants pus shops and supermakets. The apartment has a TV with British channels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 available on the Sky TV box plus a few extra channels. An additional Satellite box is also available to watch a selection of German and French channels. One of the best beaches in Estepona with its beach bars serving drinks and food is only a short walk away. The old town of Estepona is a 20 minute walk along the sea front. The apartment is very spacious for a one bed and provides a great location for those not wishing to walk far to the port. The small balcony is good place to relax and watch the comings and goings of the busy port. The apartment has new sound resistant glazing as the port may be considered a bit noisy at weekends.

Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

Tourist Attractions
Estepona is also well located to travel to many places … Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay in Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!!

We can also arrange a good reliable car hire for you. You will be met at the airport and directed to the apartment by the car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a quote. We can also arrange airport transfers for you from Malaga to the apartment.
