The apartment is situated within the exclusive urbanisation Belgravia. This is a small development of mainly town houses and a few apartments set in the grounds of a colonial style villa, previously the residence of the Ambassador of Morocco. The balcony overlooks the beautifully kept gardens with partial sea views. The pool provide a relaxing atmosphere, with loungers and barbecue area. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a lounge/dining area with sofas and dining table for 6 and TV / DVD. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, full oven and grill. There is secure parking within the grounds. The apartment is just a stones throw from the lovely port of Estepona where a wealth of bars and restaurants can be found. The beautiful beach, El Cristo, with Blue Flag status is 300metres away. Also within a 2 minute walk are 2 local supermarkets.

The port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holidaymakers when visiting Estepona, with an abundance of restaurants and bars. The town centre is a 12 minute stroll away from the apartment and is still unique in retaining its Spanish heritage with pretty plazas. In addition to this, Estepona has 2 main beaches, both with Blue Flag status. El Cristo Beach is only 400metres from the apartment. La Rada Beach is a 5 minute stroll away and is more than 1km long. Both beaches have Chiringuitos (beach bars and restaurants) and lifeguards in season. Estepona Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive away by car and offers excellent facilities and reasonable green fees.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A £100 deposit per week is required to secure a booking which is non refundable and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    The apartment will be available from 15:00 - 22:00 on the day of arrival. On your day of departure we would require you to vacate the apartment by 10:00. Where possible we will try and accomodate earlier or later times however these must be agreed prior to booking.
  • A security / key deposit of €200 or £140 is payable upon arrival, and will be returned at the end of the letting period providing no material damage has been made to the apartment or fittings.

    A welcome pack is provided making the start of your holiday a little bit easier. This is included with the price quoted. A mid rental clean can be arranged and this is payable locally at 12 euros per hour.
  • Discounts for long term bookings (3 or more weeks) are available, please contact the owner.

Notes: The apartment is tastefully decorated and has marble floors throughout, with the lounge and second bedroom benefiting from air-conditioning. The master bedroom is ensuite and within the bathroom is a hand wash basin, toilet and large walk in shower. The second bathroom has a hand wash basin, toilet and large walk in shower. All linen and towels are included (except beach towels). Electricity is included within the price quoted. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, a z bed is stored in the master bedroom. This can either be used in the master bedroom or lounge area. Access to the apartment is by either lift or stairs. The development is fully secure with off road parking. Within the beautifully kept gardens are courtyards and a swimming pool with loungers for the use of guests and a BBQ area which can be booked out for your private use. There are views over the marina to Gibraltar from the grounds of Belgravia. With every amenity within comfortable walking distance, a car is not needed.

Other Activities: The Selwo Adventure Park is a great family day out and only a 10 minute drive away. Gibraltar is 30 minutes drive away, where you can go on a tour of the rock and see the famous apes - or enjoy the tax free shopping. The sophisticated resort of Puerto Banus is only a 15 minute drive away, with beautiful harbour, great shops and ideal for people watching! Ronda is an hours drive away, with an abundance of history and spectacular views - well worth a visit.

Quiet Apartment - Very Restful

Our family stayed in the property during the last two weeks of August 2009 and enjoyed every minute - our second visit to Estepona. The apartment is accurately described by the owner who has put in considerable effort to equip the apartment with a wide range of facilities - even egg cups which many owners do not provide! The flat is spacious with a quiet balcony at the back overlooking the garden with its tall trees and another balcony at the front where you can see the road (not a noisy one) and watch the world go by. The property was clean, well maintained, attractively decorated throughout and cooled by air conditioning. There is on-site assistance should any be required by a British lady. The attractions in Estepona are numerous: wide clean beaches; a port area with restuarants, bars and Sunday market: a long promenade with free summertime evening shows and stalls selling nicknaks; three free museums housed within the bullring; and an old part of town with narrow streets, bars, restaurants and shops. Further afield lie Gibraltar, Ronda and Mijas - all worth a day trip. Estepona is a small town with a friendly atmosphere that comes alive at night with lots of Spanish families parading along the promenade. We would recommend the town and apartment for anyone seeking a holiday away from hussle and bustle and to get a taste of Spain.

What a place!

My partner and I stayed at the apartment in April. With my partner being partially disabled the location, access and cleanliness were essential to us. On arrival when your tied weary and just want a cup of tea or a beer, there was a fantastic welcome pack with beer, bread, milk and much more. Such a thoughtful thing from the owners!. The place itself, well what can we say!!!!! but this apartment is fantastic. The apartment itself is lovely, big, spacious, modern and offers all the comforts from being away from home. The grounds it is in are superb with an excellent pool, surrounded by trees and the occasional bird singing..bliss!. The complex it is in is very private, quiet and ideal to recharge those batteries. it is a stones throw from the marina where there are numerous restaurants to chill out in alloffering a wide range of food and reasonable prices. There are also 2 supermarkets within 150 meters of the premises with all you need. Then there are the beaches that are easily accessible. These are clean, not packed and have beach taverns on. the ideal place to chill and relax.

We would not hesitate in reccomnending this to anyone, it is a fantastic place, well looked after and very accomodating. If your going to Esteponia this is the place to the stay. Thanks for a great time!

Perfect Summer Getaway

I stayed for a week with my family and it has to be one of the best holidays I have had and one of the best apartments I have stayed in over the years.
The description of the apartment was exact and especially thought the welcome pack was a great idea!
The apartment was very clean and well maintained (home from home). It is in a lovely setting and the pool on the complex was clean and relatively quiet. If you prefer the beach this is only 5 minutes away with plenty of sunbeds. The marina is a short 2 minute walkaway this has plenty of restaurants, something for everybodies taste. I recommend Esteponas market on a Wednesday - all types of stalls eg clothes, food, jewellery etc. well worth a visit. If you have a car take a trip to Ronda amazing views. I would highly recommend this apartment for a holiday

wonderful winter break

My husband and myself spent 5 weeks at the property and cannot fault it in any way, The description is accurate and the property was clean and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay.Felt very safe and secure as the properties have remote control entry. The surrounding area is attractive,clean with plenty restaurants, cafes, take-away and bars in the vacinity. Even although plenty to do it is a quiet relaxing place to stay. It is near enough for journeys to Gibraltar for duty free goods. We did go more than once as my husband liked the idea of a litre of whiskey for £4.30. The local supermarkets catered for all our needs as we did eat in a lot when staying for so long. The owner was helpful with everything we needed to know and I recommend this property for a holiday anytime.
