Marina Bay is a highly prestigious apartment complex directly overlooking and with access to the renowned Playa del Cristo (Cristo Beach). The apartment has a large South facing balcony directly overlooking the beach, which benefits from all day sun and provides a breathtaking view of the sunset over the coast. The apartment is extremely spacious and has recently been refurnished throughout to an exceedingly high standard (rated 5* by previous guests). It includes a fully fitted kitchen with full oven and ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dish-washer, 2 TV's & DVD, etc. Air-conditioning and also sun screens are fitted to keep you cool on the hottest days. Estepona Port with the local tapas bars and restaurants is within a five minute walk away and the traditional white walled Estepona old town is also on the doorstep. A truly wonderful apartment in a wonderful location!

The Marina Bay complex is ideally situated overlooking Cristo Beach and only a 5 minute walk away from the heart of Estepona's thriving fishing port & marina. For many years the beach has been awarded EC Blue Flag status for cleanliness and safety and in high season is manned daily with lifeguards. It also has well maintained toilet and shower facilities and a choice of 2 beach front restaurants with a true Spanish feel, making it ideal for spending a full day on the beach! Within a few minutes walk you will find several supermarkets and shops. Estepona Port and Town is typically Spanish and has retained all of it's charm even though it is a well established tourist destination. It has pleasantly managed to avoid a 'night club' culture but does have a wide variety of restaurants & bars to chose from. Additionally, due to its natural environment, surrounded by the sea and Sierra Bermeja mountains, Estepona enjoys a micro climate with over 325 days of sunshine per year.

Notes to the rental rates

IMPORTANT: In order to secure a booking a non returnable deposit of £50 (or 75 euro's) per week is required. This reduces the balance detailed in the table above by 75 euro's. The balance in euro's is payable upon arrival together with a security deposit of 200 euro's (or £140) which is returned less the cost of any breakages or damages upon departure.

The apartment will be available between 16.00 & 22.00 hours on the day of arrival until 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Where possible we will try to accommodate earlier or later times but these must be agreed prior to booking.

The apartment also includes a hair dryer with diffuser, a household iron and board, SKY TV including more than 30 UK channels and CD & DVD players. Access is also granted to two well maintained swimming pools which are exclusive to residents only. The apartment also provides secure underground parking with a gated security entry system. In the interests of all our guests smoking is not permitted within the apartment although you may smoke on the balcony if you wish to do so. |
Gibraltar
Only 35 minutes drive from Estepona, Gibraltar is a sunny VAT-free haven where you can find duty free bargains from electronic equipment & jewellery to leather & perfumes & haggling is encouraged! Make sure you don't miss the spectacular natural caverns of St. Michael's Caves or visit the Ape's Den, home to some of Gibraltar's famous Barbary Apes, the only free-to-roam primates in Europe. Watch out for monkey business as they can be mischievous and have been known to pick the occasional pocket looking for treats.
Puerto Banus & Laguna Village
Puerto Banus is about 25 minutes drive away. It has a large number of designer stores including Versaci and Armani. Perfect for millionaire spotting and you may also see a famous face in the marina as a number of Hollywood stars have summer homes there. Laguna Village is a stunning high class shopping experience just 10 minutes drive away. Whether spending an extravagant day at the beach club, shopping in the designer stores or spending time in the luxurious bars and restaurants then Laguna Village (www.laguna-village.com) is the ideal place.
Selwo Safari Park
The park is based on the African safari park and houses 2000 animals in semi-wild conditions. Only 20 minutes drive away (and on the public transport route), Selwo is ideal for the perfect family day out.

Having read through lots of advertisments it was this apartment that we thought promised the most and we were not left dissapointed.
From the lovely greeting and welcome pack at the start of the holiday through many hours on the balcony watching the stunning sunsets across the sea, this holiday was a real treat.
The apartment is especially spacious, furnished in a lovely modern yet comfortable style and the owners really have thought of everything their guests may need.
This apartment and location should appeal to any holidaymaker looking for a relaxing break where it is easy to top up the tan on the nearby beach or by the pool, treat yourself a little in the lovely restaurants, relax in the local bars and spend endless hours taking in the great views from the balcony.
A great holiday - we've already booked again for next year!
