Marina Bay is a highly prestigious apartment complex overlooking and with direct access to the child friendly Cristo Beach. The apartment has a large South facing balcony overlooking the beach, benefiting from all day sun and providing breathtaking views of the sea, Gibraltar, North Africa and the coastal sunsets. It is extremely spacious and has recently been refurnished throughout to an exceedingly high standard (rated 5 star by previous guests). Also, the apartment is extremely well equipped & has a fully fitted kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine & dish-washer. Air conditioning, sun screens and ceiling fans are fitted to keep you cool even on the hottest days and heating for winter stays is also provided at no extra cost. Estepona Marina with its traditional tapas bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk away and the lovely white walled town is also on the doorstep. A truly wonderful apartment in a wonderful location!

Marina Bay is an easy five minute walk from the heart of Estepona's thriving marina and is ideally situated directly overlooking Cristo Beach which is a delightful oyster-shaped cove of sheltered, gently shelving sand making it ideal for children. The beach has been awarded EC Blue Flag status and in high season is manned by lifeguards. It also has well maintained toilet and shower facilities and a choice of two beach restaurants with a true Spanish feel. Within 5 minutes walk you will find several supermarkets and shops. Estepona Town is typically Spanish and has retained all of it's 'pueblo' charm even though it is a well established tourist destination. It has pleasantly managed to avoid a 'night club' culture but does have a wide variety of restaurants & cafe bars to chose from. Estepona, due to its natural environment, surrounded by the surrounded by the sea and Sierra Bermeja mountains, enjoys a micro climate providing over 325 days of sunshine per year and lovely mild winters!

  • PAYMENT TERMS: To secure a booking a non returnable deposit of £100 (or 100 euro's) per week is required. This reduces the balance detailed in the table above by 100 euro's. The balance in euro's is payable upon arrival together with a security deposit of 200 euro's (or £200) which is returned less the cost of any breakages or damage upon departure.

    There are no additional charges whatsoever as the price includes all cleaning, heating, electricity, etc.
  • WINTER DISCOUNTS: From 1st November to 28th February the following discounts apply:

    - 2 week bookings are discounted by 15%
    - 3 week bookings are discounted by 20%
    - 4 week bookings are discounted by 30%

    There are no additional charges made for Christmas or New Year.

Gibraltar: Only 35 minutes drive from Estepona (and on the local bus route), Gibraltar is a sunny VAT-free haven where you can find duty free bargains from electronic equipment & jewellery to leather & perfumes & haggling is encouraged! Make sure you don't miss the spectacular natural caverns of St. Michael's Caves or visit the Ape's Den, home to some of Gibraltar's famous Barbary Apes, the only free-to-roam primates in Europe. Watch out for monkey business as they can be mischievous and have been known to pick the occasional pocket looking for treats.

Puerto Banus & Laguna Village: Puerto Banus is only 20 minutes drive away. It has a large number of designer stores including Versace and Armani. Perfect for millionaire spotting and you may also see a famous face or two in the marina as a number of Hollywood stars have summer homes there. Laguna Village is a stunning high class shopping experience just 10 minutes drive away. Whether spending an extravagant day at the beach club, shopping in the designer stores or spending time in the luxurious bars and restaurants then Laguna Village is the ideal place.

Selwo Safari Park : Only 20 minutes drive away and on the public transport route, Selwo is ideal for the perfect family day out. The park is based on an African safari park and houses 2000 animals from giraffes to panthers in semi-wild conditions. Like Jurassic Park, large open sided lorries drive you through the various animal enclosures and up into the hills above Estepona. There are elephants, bears, hippos and so much more to see. In the summer, cover up as it can get very hot and there is not much shelter.

Other Activities: Sunning yourself on the lovely balcony, marvelling at the stunning views with a cold drink in hand!

Fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful week in Estepona. The apartment was the best self-catering accommodation we have stayed in. It was so much bigger than most 2 bedroomed apartments so that we could all have our own space. It was really well equipped (no need to buy oil, salt, sugar or other basics - they were all provided) and comfortably furnished - more like a home than a holiday let. The view from the balcony was superb. We didn't bother going out most evenings, just sat on the balcony watching the sun set over the sea. The location is also excellent - just 2 minutes walk from the lovely Cristo beach in one direction and the marina in the other. It's also a short walk beside the beach to the town. Our 5 and 8 year olds managed it easily (especially with plenty of playgrounds and gym equipment to use along the way!). The nearest supermarket was also within walking distance. We were also pleased that we could take our children to visit Ronda in less than an hour. We think that it is one of the most fascinating towns in Spain, and well worth a visit. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this apartment to anyone wishing to visit this area. Thanks, Andy!

A real Gem

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in this beautiful apartment. From the moment we made contact with the owner he was keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. He not only sent us a lot of information about the apartment and surrounding area but also recommended attractions and restaurants. We found this very helpful as it was our first time in this particular area.We could not have wished for a nicer apartment .It was spotless and so well furnished and equipped. The spacious balcony with its splendid views was a real bonus and a great place for breakfast and also to sit in the evening with a bottle of wine watching the lovely sunsets.We would certainly recommend this apartment and will definitely book it again.

Fantastic apartment

We could not have wished for a better apartment, the standard of accomodation was indeed 5 star and very much as described. We found the standard of food in the marina very high and visited some of the recommeded restaurants, Reinaldo's and El Cazador were of particular note. Playa Cristo beach was nice and a good safe place for children but it did get very busy, we also visited La Duquesa beach about 10 minutes from the apartment which was more suited to adult visitors. We would recommend a car for visiting the many local attractions, we visited Gibraltar. Casares, Ronda during our stay. All in all a very nice vacation in a great apartment.
Owner's Response: There are a selection of beaches nearby including La Duquesa and also La Rada. La Rada has 2km of golden sand and is in walking distance from the apartment, indeed it is a lovely route to walk along in to Estepona Town.

Estepona can satisfy many types of holiday be it using Estepona as a base in order to explore some fantastic parts of Southern Spain, or as a superb place to chill out in the sun and enjoy the fantastic cafe-bars and restaurants.

This a comfortable, modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen and good quality home entertainment system- the DivX player will play all forms of DVD and VCDs. We particularly liked the flat screen TV in the bedroom. There are excellent views from the terrace over the seafront. A major benefit of the apartment is its location: there are two reasonable sized supermarkets within 5 min walking distance and easy access to the port with its range of bars and restaurants and to the beach. The owner provided excellent customer service from the initial contact and throughout our stay, He was very keen to ensure that all our needs were met, My wife and myself have hired extensively in Spain over the past 10 Years and this package was amongst the best we have experienced. I have no reservations in recommending this apartment.
Owner's Response: Marina Bay is in an enviable position, near to the Marina with its cafe-bars and restaurants but also with the lovely Cristo Beach right on the doorstep.

BEST BEACHFRONT APARTMENT

The apartment was everying we could have wished for and more - to our mind 5*. It was well equipped, near to the beach and a lovely walk along the promenade to Estepona Old Town where we thought the meals were cheaper than in the Marina. Liked the fact that it was very Spanish. Would love to visit again and would certainly rent this apartment. The description in the advertisement was completely accurate and we were delighted with everything. The welcome pack was very welcome after a long trip and a lovely touch.

Far from being a typical English holiday resort on the Costa del Sol, Estepona still has a lovely Spanish feel which we, and our guests, love.

Marina Bay is perfectly situated on the beach and still near enough to the Town and the Marina so you have everything within easy reach.

Its always nice to hear that our experience in renting our apartments to guests, helps make for a perfect holiday.
