Superb, South facing apartment ideally situated on the 3rd floor providing great views but not too high for vertigo sufferers. Directly overlooking the beautiful Estepona Marina with the local tapas bars and restaurants within an easy 5 minute walk. Access is provided to 2 swimming pools and also a tennis court. Two E.C. Blue Flag beaches are an easy 5 minute walk away and Estepona old town with it's many beautiful plaza's is on the doorstep. The apartment has a spacious open balcony, comfortably seating 4 people, providing panoramic views of the marina, the traditional white walled town, Gibraltar and also North Africa - Just perfect for people watching! The apartment is stunningly furnished having recently undergone a full refurbishment. It is comprehensively equipped with all you will need for a short break or long term stay. Our goal has been to provide a home from home for our guests, within one of the most beautiful, unspoiled and typically Spanish areas on the Costa del Sol.

Beautifully furnished in a lovely modern style this South facing one bedroom apartment provides the ideal holiday home from home. It is in a stunning location with all rooms benefiting from sea views. The apartment has recently undergone a full renovation to the highest standard, in a lovely modern, yet extremely comfortable style including new double glazed windows, a new bathroom, a new tiled floor and all new fixtures and fittings including all furniture, linen, white goods and entertainment equipment. The apartment has two comfortable lounge areas thus providing more than ample space to spread out and relax. The main lounge area has a dining area for 4 people and also sofa seating for six around the TV fitted with over 30 channels, a DVD player and a Sony Playstation. The extended lounge area provides a further seating area for 6 overlooking the Marina. The open balcony provides seating for four people where you can sit in the sun and marvel at the sensational Marina and sea views.

The Puerto Paraiso complex is ideally situated in the heart of Estepona's thriving marina with a wide array of restaurants and tapas bars giving the area a truly Spanish feel whilst pleasantly avoiding the 'night club' culture. Within 5 minutes walk you will find several supermarkets, local shops and beautiful beaches with E.C. Blue Flag status (awarded for cleanliness and safety). Our favourite, Cristo Beach, is a delightful oyster-shaped cove of sheltered, gently shelving sand, ideal for children and is only 5 minutes walk away. In high season the beaches are manned by lifeguards and all have well maintained toilet and shower facilities and a choice of beach front, traditional, Spanish restaurants making it ideal for a family day out. Estepona, due to its natural environment, surrounded by the sea and Sierra Bermeja mountains, enjoys its own micro climate providing over 325 days of sunshine per year and lovely mild winters.

  • PAYMENT TERMS: To secure a booking a non returnable deposit of £100 (or 100 euro's) per week is required. This reduces the balance detailed in the table above by 100 euro's. The balance in euro's is payable upon arrival together with a security deposit of 150 euro's (or £150) which is returned less the cost of any breakages or damage upon departure.

    There are no additional charges whatsoever as the price includes all cleaning, heating, electricity, etc.
  • WINTER DISCOUNTS: From 1st November to 28th February the following discounts apply:

    - 2 week bookings are discounted by 15%
    - 3 week bookings are discounted by 20%
    - 4 week bookings are discounted by 30%

    There are no additional charges made for Christmas or New Year.

To avoid any noise during the local fiesta's, 2 sets of double glazing and a storm shutter is fitted. There is a further double sofa-bed in the enclosed balcony / lounge area so families of 2 adults and 2 children can easily be accommodated. All linen is provided.

Gibraltar: Only 35 minutes drive from Estepona (and on the local bus route), Gibraltar is a sunny, VAT-free haven where you can find duty free bargains from electronic equipment & jewellery to leather & perfumes & haggling is encouraged! Make sure you don't miss the spectacular natural caverns of St. Michael's Caves or visit the Ape's Den, home to some of Gibraltar's famous Barbary Apes, the only free-to-roam primates in Europe. Watch out for monkey business as they can be mischievous and have been known to pick the occasional pocket looking for treats.

Puerto Banus & Laguna Village: Puerto Banus is about 25 minutes drive away. It has a large number of designer stores including Versace and Armani. Perfect for millionaire spotting and you may also see a famous face or two in the port as a number of Hollywood stars have summer homes there. Laguna Village is a stunning high class shopping experience just 10 minutes drive away. Whether spending an extravagant day at the beach club, shopping in the designer stores or spending time in the luxurious bars and restaurants then Laguna Village is the ideal place.

Selwo Safari Park: Only 20 minutes drive away and on the public transport route, Selwo is ideal for the perfect family day out. The park is based on an African safari park and houses 2000 animals from giraffes to panthers in semi-wild conditions. Like Jurassic Park, large open sided lorries drive you through the various animal enclosures and up into the hills above Estepona. There are elephants, bears, hippos and so much more to see. In the summer, cover up as it can get very hot and there is not much shelter.

Other Activities: Chilling out in the sun with a cold drink and people watching!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. It had recently undergone a high class refurbishment. It was like being in a 5 star hotel, with more space. The views from the apartment were magnificent. People watching from the balcony was an interesting way to pass the time. Nearby are several excellent restaurants and watering holes. For anyone wishing to venture further into the town there are more restaurants. The town is very Spanish and it is a superb place to sit and watch the world go by.It is possible to go on "outings" from Estepona which cater for the British tourist. Also good local bus services to neighbouring towns. A taxi from one end of town to the other is about 5 euros.
We found that dealing with the owner was a relaxed experience. We were able to negotiate arrival dates and times and were received in Estepona by a delightfully friendly lady who showed us around the apartment, prior to leaving us alone. She was, however, available by phone in the event of us needing her.
The best recommendation is, would we go again? Most certainly. Would we recommend it to family and friends? Very definitely. Best wishes. Pauline & John

It's always a risk booking anything over the internet but my husband and I were absolutely delighted with this property. The owner, Andy, was incredibly helpful before I booked and after booking sent lots of very useful information. We were delighted on arrival to find a very thoughtful welcome pack in the fridge.

The property was clean and just as described. It was very well equipped - in fact I can't think of anything we needed which wasn't there.

The property is very well situated and although we were only there for 6 days we managed visits to Ronda (an absolutely hair-raising drive as far as I was concerned!), Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar. We walked several times into Estepona town along the promenade which was really pleasant.

Had some very nice meals while we were there - sadly some of the restaurants in the Marina were closed when we were there in October but can thoroughly recommend Le Petit Paris along the main road - you do need to book though as it's quite small and very popular.

We flew into Gibraltar and rented a car - only about a 40 minute drive to the property. I think you could manage without a car but I think it would be difficult to see quite as much as we did by public transport.

The weather was great while we were there and we had a really wonderful break. Would absolutely go back there.

Perfect!

Having just returned from Estepona, I would most certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for luxury, comfort and relaxation. Everything is to the highest standard and the warm welcome received on arrival certainly makes for an ideal beginning.
Having hired a car we visited Casares, Ronda, Gibraltar, Selwo, Laguna Village and Peurto Banus. The journey around the 'Rock' in Gibraltar was exciting with the twists and turns (make sure you hire a 'small' car to avoid the knocks and bumps!)
The views from the apartment are wonderful, especially the morning sunrise over the marina. We found the Sunday market had some good bargains and if you leave it until about 2.30, the stallholders and open to bartering.
We ate at Le Petit Paris which is a short stroll away. A fabulous meal and the special offer of the day was on 17.50 Euros which included a glass of wine too.
In the port we ate at Bistro La Casa. The mussels were particularly good and the hospitality was fabulous.
We visited the ice cream parlour for an Irish Coffee, which again was an excellent recommendation.
The beaches close the the apartment are very clean and an excellent base for a day in the sun. Although we visited at the end of October, the temperature rose to almost 30 degrees! For a totally indulgent day, hiring a sunbed at Bikini Beach is well worth it although a little expensive. Comfortable sunloungers and fabulous cocktails!

All in all I would highly recommend the apartment and for an away from it all holiday, Estepona is full of charm and fortunately NO karaoke bars! An excellent opportunity to soak up the sunshine, relax in luxury and sample the delights of an untouched part of the Costa Del Sol. We will certainly stay here again should we visit Estepona.

When going to Gibraltar we tend to park on the Spanish side (La Linea) and walk across the border as some of the roads are very narrow on the rock.

Its not surprising to hear about the great temperatures in October as the Sierrra Bermeja mountains really do protect Estepona from the more inclement weather. They also are a super place for a barbeque as the views can be superb from a little higher up.

We look forward to your next visit to Estepona.

Paradise in Spain.

We have had a wonderful vacation in Puerto Paraiso.
Everything was like Andy had promised. A very luxurious and clean apartment. A perfect combination of apartment, views and surroundings. This "home" we all recommend. We have enjoyed every day. To be repeated!

Amazing apartment

This was our third stay in this apartment within the last 18 months and yet again we have had a wonderful holiday.

As the apartment is furnished to a superb standard it has all you need for a comfortable 'home' from 'home' stay. When we arrived the apartment was again presented beautifully and the welcome pack is a nice touch, as you can have a first drink on the balcony to take in the views as soon as you arrive.

We spent hours watching the boats coming in and out of the Marina, people watching and generally taking in the views and atmosphere that Estepona has.

The bars around the port cater for none Spanish speakers, although as always, they prefer it if you try and speak a little Spanish also. The restaurants in the port are of a good standard although are slightly more expensive than the ones in the old town. Andy recommended eating in Plaza de las Flores, and I would definitely agree with the recommendation as the setting is lovely and the food was superb.

We took our children on a day trip to Selwo, which was a real treat and is easy to get to by bus. Gibraltar is also a good place to visit. We spent a lot of time on the nearby beaches which were clean and safe and kept the kids happy all day.

All in all a super apartment in a super location. We'll be back again next year.
