This spacious high specification Vacation Apartment with private garden in Estepona Costa del Sol has been furnished and fitted out to a very high standard. It is situated in the exclusive Albayt Costa Galera Country Club Complex and is surrounded by beautiful romantic tropical gardens with several outdoor Pools. There is an impressive split-level pool with bar 25 meters from the front door. At the heart of the complex is the stunning Albayt Country Club. This is the 'Jewel in the Crown' of the development, which offers a range of services including a state of the art Spa, Restaurant, Bar, Library, Reading room, Reception desk, and a fully equipped Gym. Aerobics classes and beauty therapy treatments are also provided. Here you can indulge yourself (at a very reasonable weekly membership fee of 85 Euro) in the indoor heated Swimming Pool, Turkish bath, Sauna and various Treatment Showers with hot and cold jets and essential oils. Hydraulic beds for massage, Jacuzzi, Massage rooms etc

The property is situated between the charming old town of Estepona and the lovely Puerto de La Duquesa, both only about 5 Kms (3 miles) away. Cosmopolitan Marbella (great for shopping) and the dazzling Puerto Banus (great for people watching) are only 20 minutes away by car and the lively resorts of Fuengirola and Torrelmolinos are within easy reach by car, bus or taxi. Malaga airport is only a 50 minute drive. Other airports include Gibraltar (30 min) and Jerez (75 min). Gibraltar has many attractions including dolphin safaris and boat trips can be booked there. The fast ferry to Morrocco which goes from Algeciras is only a 40 minute drive from the apartment. There are several golf courses nearby, the closest being Estopona and Duquesa. The famous Valderama is only a 15 drive minutes away. The beautiful whitewashed village of Caseras is also only a 15 minute drive and the ancient town of Ronda, with its breathtaking views a further 45 minutes.

Payment can be made in several ways as follows:
1. On-line by credit or debit card through the secure PayPal on-line payment service. Please note that you do not have to sign up to PayPal to use this service. This is usually the preferred method for most guests.
2. By international bank transfer using IBAN and SWIFT (BIC) codes which will be provided.
3. By cheque through the postal service.
There is no surcharge for Christmas or Easter.
Bookings of 2 to 4 weeks qualify for a 10% discount.
Very attractive long stay discounts (3 weeks or more) are also available.
There are significant reductions available for late bookings and for early bookings.

A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) of the total rental amount secures your booking. Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these booking terms.
The balance, plus a refundable security deposit of £150, is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, payment of the full amount is required at time of reservation.
Full booking conditions will be sent to you before you pay your booking deposit.
Very Important - Insurance: All clients are required to have adequate Holiday Insurance Cover for the entire rental period. This you will need to arrange yourselves through a reputable Insurance Company. This is required to cover guests for cancellation or illness and for accidents or injuries that may occur whilst staying in the Apartment.

All prices quoted are for the Apartment per week and include all taxes, linen, towels, electricity, water and cleaning of the apartment. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned at the beginning and end of your stay but extra cleaning can be provided (arranged and paid for through the Country Club Reception) at a rate of €15 per hr. (£10 approx).
Membership of the Country Club is available at €85 per week per adult (£65 approx). This is very good value for money and entitles you to discounts on the use of many of the chargeable services and facilities available in the Country Club.

The Costa del Sol Region
Over the last few decades, the Costa del Sol has become one of the world’s most popular holiday destinations. Its pleasant climate, numerous beaches and Golf courses have certainly influenced this. There are countless places to visit and things to do which make it one of the most successful tourist areas in Europe. Its capital, Malaga, and the city of Marbella are both cosmopolitan cities with great nightlife as well as cultural significance and attract the most tourists. It is a vast area with many different faces from the touristy beach towns like Marbella to the more traditional white washed villages of Mijas. The Costa del Sol doesn’t just posses good climate but it also has diversity. It is no wonder it is so popular with holiday makers.
Local Attractions
They are several attractions close by to interest the whole family. Selwo Safari Park in Estepona with its animals roaming semi-wild is a great day out as is the Zoo in Fuengirola. There are also two Water Parks close by, one in Mijas Costa and the other in Torremolinos. A great day out is a visit to Gibraltar, (but don`t forget your passport) where you can take a tour of 'The Rock' and have close contact with the Apes. For the more adventurous, you can also take a day trip to Morocco on the fast Ferry from Algercias. Also in the area are several beautiful villages, towns and cites. These include Casares , Ronda, Mijas, Selville and Granada to name but a few. If you prefer to swim in the sea, the beautiful beaches of Estepona, Duquesa, Sotogrande, Puerto Banus and Marbella are only a few minutes away by car. There is also a natural beach opposite the entrance to the Costa Galera development (250 meters from the apartment) which is accessable on foot by crossing the N340 roadway.

The Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf, with good reason. There are at least 40 courses along the coastline. Closest to the Apartment are Estepona and Duquesa, both within a 5 minute drive and reasonably priced. The famous Valderrama course is only 15 minutes away as is San Roque, Marbella, Atalaya, El Paraiso and Sontogrande. A Handicap Certificate is required by most Golf Clubs.
