The 1,2,& 3 bed privately owned air-conditioned & heated apartments are situated within easy walking of all amenities & the beaches. They have delightful pools in private gardens, and are tastefully furnished with many extras. The apartments are privately owned and managed by English speaking agent on behalf of the owner. There are many extras, such as Satellite TV (UK) channels. DVD player & CD players, as the are the owner's Spanish homes. The garden apartments have fully furnished sun terraces or balonies.All linen & towels are provided & pool towels are also provided in most apartments. Location is close to all the famous places, Gibraltar 35 mins, Marbella Puerto Banus 10 - 20 mins, Rhonda, is a about a 45 mins. Plenty of activities for children, Selwo Animal Safari, water world and sea world adventure park, are just a few places,also sporting activities. There are sandy beaches all along the coast with water sports & bars, restaurants, sunbeds and easy parking.

Fantastic location this i 2bed/2bath garden apartment, set in mature gardens around the swimming pool. Easy walking to all amenities and the beaches. The apartment is tastefully furnished with many extras as it is the owners Spanish home .With satellite TV(UK Stations) DVD, CD & music/radio etc. The comfortable lounge opens out onto the South facing furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the early morning sunshine, and is perfect for that before breakfast swim and breakfast on the terrace. This apartment benefits from its location, as it is ground floor no hills. all the linen & towels including the pool towels are provided for your use during your stay. We also have an English managing agent who takes care of the apartment and is available during office hours and outside of office hours in an emergency. Welcome pack on arrival to get you started.

This area of Spain offers all types of attractions for all age groups & family holidays. There is such diversity, of interesting things to do & to see. Many old towns have interesting castles & buildings of historic interest. A selection of cosmopolitan restaurants & shops. Markets happen almost every day in one town or another. The beaches have bars & water sports, lovely places to sit & watch the world go by. An abundance of Golf courses are available all along the coast. The old town of Estepona with its delightful square is always work a visit & look at al the yachts in the Marina on Saturday Market day. San Pedro de Alcantara is also very charming and full of character, many Spanish bars, and cafes dotted along the pavements. Marbella Orange square with its little allies full of interesting shops, & eating places. Visit the Famous Puerto Banus and look out for the famous faces. There is also Benhavis a village of many restaurants about 15min drive. Plenty of childrens activities.

This apartment benefits from being in close proximity to all amenities and the local bus service so a car is not essential. There are also a large selection of restaurants within walking distance. We provide all linen, towels & pool towels for your use during your stay. Included in the apartment is also a welcome pack with wine for your arrival. A security deposit cheque of £200 is taken with the balance of the rental and held for the duration of your stay. Provided that the property is returned in the condition as it was at the start of the rental period, and the keys are returned safely then the security deposit cheque will be returned within 7 days of the receipt of the keys.

Smokers are requested not to smoke inside the apartment as the smoke lingers in the fabrics and makes the apartment smell somewhat unpleasant. Skiing Information:
Drive to Granada to find the Seria Navada for all the ski resorts. It takes about 2 hrs form this apartemnt to drive to Granada which can be a great day out.
Golf Information:
The apartments are very close to some of the Costa del Sols' most prestigious golf courses, along the coast, Guadalmina, Atalya, El Paraso to name but a few. Around 16 courses in all where golf has, the best in climate for most of the year.

We had a superb holiday in Beazur this summer it is perfect for a family holiday as its so friendly and the children are safe in the secluded garden.
