Luxurious Beach Apartment in the Prestigious El Presidente Complex
This very well appointed, luxurious air-conditioned/heated apartment has a spacious stylish lounge with a dining area for 6. The TV has Sky Channels for a range of entertainment including sports. This room leads to the large terrace overlooking one of the quiet swimming pools that is illuminated at night. The terrace has dining facilities for those al-fresco evenings that are part of the relaxed life style on the Costa del Sol. There are sun beds on the terrace to relax and sunbathe in private. The spacious and beautifully furnished master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a Juliet Balcony that overlooks the Jacuzzi pool. There are two other charming yet different themed bedrooms. The Red Bedroom, leads to the main terrace overlooking the pool and the other, the Silver Bedroom, has its own Juliet balcony viewing the ornamental pond and fountain. Both have twin beds and share a fully fitted bathroom with shower. El Presidente also has a heated pool (not available January to 10 Feb).

El Presidente is one of the most exclusive complexes on the coast and by exploring the safe private footpaths that meander through the tranquil mature sub-tropical gardens waterways and fountains you will come across the 5 secluded swimming pools, one of which is heated. All pools are very close by & have sun beds for the use of our guests. The complex has tennis & Padel courts that are free for our guests and 24 hour security guards. The beach is just a 5 min stroll away down a leafy lane with beach-bars & restaurants. There is also quiet children’s play areas there too. A short drive will take you to the renowned Puerto Banus Marina & Marbella. Puerto Banus is probably the most famous part of the 'Golden Mile' where luxury yachts are moored and the rich and famous mingle with ordinary families who just enjoy a stroll or relaxing at a favourite bar to enjoy the view of some of the most spectacular floating palaces moored quayside. El Presidente is a perfect family holiday.

| Notes: | Being our second home our apartment is beautifully furnished and comfortable. It has the advantage of having a very spacious interior and additionally a large terrace, which is accessed via the lounge double sliding patio doors and the Red Bedroom. Ther is a DVD Player and the TV has the usual English terrestrial channels as well as Sky Sports and Sky Movies. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with full-length mirrors. Within walking distance are very good restaurants catering for Indian, Chinese, Thai and Italian dishes. Also close by is an English Pub, Bars, Banks, Chemists and excellent supermarkets & Hypermarkets. The Crowne Plaza 5* Hotel next to El Presidente offer excellent facilities, pool side bar, restaurant and spa.There are many other 5 & 4* Hotels in the locality that offer both entertainment at night and good quality restaurants and bars and who likewise welcome non-residents. El Presidente, Puerto Banus & Marbella
If you have not been to El Presidente before then you have a lovely surprise in store. The complex is very near the mountains yet next to the sea. The apartment is our second home & set amid lush sub tropical gardens, perfect for a relaxing and tranquil family holiday. Fashionable Puerto Banus & Marbella are nearby and have superb night life and shopping facilities with one of Spain’s finest department stores, El Corte Ingles and many designer boutiques and shops. Of particular interest are the various markets that operate in the locality. The most famous is the Puerto Banus Market, held every Saturday. It's located by the Bull Ring but make sure you get there early to enjoy a stroll around this busy but friendly market and then enjoy a restful break in one of the open-air bar/restaurants there. If you are keen on Golf there are over 30 courses in the vicinity but if playing with a larger ball is more your style there is a Bowls club close by.
The Costa del Sol West Region
Typical Spanish white villages such as Ronda, Casares, Mijas and Istan are within a short drive from El Presidente through some of the most spectacular & breathtaking mountain scenery you can find. The pretty village of Benahavis, which has some of the best restaurants on the Coast, is just 15 mins away by car. On your way there you will pass through a delightful gorge, woodland and mountain streams. There are around 30 first class golf courses in the surrounding area & if you like playing this fascinating sport we can send you further details on request. The long hours of sunshine that the Costa del Sol receives has established this area as firm favourite for holidaymakers and golf enthusiasts alike. Of particular interest for families is Selwo, based on the African safari park, is just a few minutes drive away from El Presidente. Here you can enjoy a full day of African adventure by walking through the Park or hopping on one of the all-terrain vehicles.
Andalusia
A trip to Gibraltar is only 45 mins away but you will need passports. If you visit the Rock be wary of the apes – they are friendly but adept at quickly snatching things from visitors and scampering off with them. If you take your car into Gibraltar there are usually delays getting out due to hold ups at the border crossing – you may prefer to park outside and walk across the border and then use the bus service. With over three hundred days of sunshine each year the Costa del Sol benefits from exceptionally good Mediterranean weather, with average summer temperatures exceeding 25 degrees and winter temperatures of 17 degrees. The coastline, full of natural splendour, and its various 'blue flag' beaches range from huge expanses of golden sand to hidden coves with secluded beaches. Andalusia is so remarkable that just 2 1/2 hours away you can even enjoy Skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountain range near to Granada in winter months while sunbathing is possible on the coast!
