COSTALITA, Luxury beachside apartment in landscaped tropical gardens
Our apartment is on the ground floor of a small, white Andalucian designed block. It is fully furnished and benefits from hot/cold air conditioning. The kitchen has a full range of appliances including fridge freezer, hob and oven, toaster, microwave, electric kettle and washing machine. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the terrace, which overlooks the gardens. The main bedroom is en suite and has direct access to a secluded terrace. The other double bedrooms-one en suite- have fitted wardrobes. The apartment has a dining area which seats six and a lounge area with two, three seater sofas. This area also has a TV/video unit and a 3 in 1 music centre. The TV receives all BBC channels and a selection of other European channels. The shaded patio has seating for six.

COSTALITA is a beachside development set in tranquil, tropical gardens. It is located halfway between Estepona and San Pedro and offers wonderful views of Gibraltar and Africa from the beach. The cities of Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz, Malaga and Ronda are all within two hours drive. Tarifa, Europe's wind surfing capital, is 45 minutes away and you can be in North Africa by fast ferry within two hours, door to door. The picturesque Andalucian village of Benahavis is 10 kilometres inland. Here you can enjoy wonderful sea and mountain views while dining in a selection of first class restaurants. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 15 minutes away. Locally, you have direct access to the beach, which has a selection of beach bars and watersports. The bars and restaurants of Benavista and Benamar are a short walk away and the Spanish village of Cancelada is straight across from the entrance to the development. Four local 5 star hotels offer beauty treatments at affordable prices.

Family Holiday
Costalita is an ideal tranquil location to take a family holiday while providing a relaxing atmosphere for parents. The safe environment together with the secure gardens allow parents to relax while the children play. Close proximity to the beach means that the children will never get bored. Selwo Safari park is 10 minutes drive and you can get to the Zoo in Fuengirola in 30 minutes. The same journey time will get you to Torremolinos Water Park, Tivoli World and the cable car that rises up the mountains. Dolphin watching is available in Estepona and Gibraltar.
Health and Beauty Treatments
A number of local hotels offer health and beauty treatments at very reasonable rates. The world renowned Kempinski Hotel (5 minutes) has a medical resort and natural health centre. On the complex the 5 star Playa Bella Hotel offers many beauty treatments. So the ladies (and men!) can enjoy relaxing therapies while the men (and women!) enjoy the many local golf courses!
Skiing and Golf
Skiing is available in the nearby Sierra Nevada Mountains. Ski in the morning and swim in the Med. in the afternoon! Too many golf courses within 20 minutes drive to list them all. However El Paraiso, Los Flamingos, Monte Mayor and Atalaya are on your doorstep.
