A lovely second floor southwest facing apartment with terrace situated in 2,700 m2 of private gardens within the urbanisation of Costalita. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is fully furnished to meet your needs with marble flooring throughout. There is hot-cold air conditioning, TV/DVD player, hi-fi, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. A smoke detector is also fitted in the hallway. There is a double bedroom with ensuite and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. Linen, towels and beach towels are all provided. The lounge has two settees, one being a bed settee, dining table and has patio doors leading onto the balcony which is fully equipped with table and chairs and overlooks the large pool area which has shower and toilet facilities nearby. There is also stair and lift access to secure underground parking for one car.

Nearest Motorway: Exit 165 off the N340 at 1 Kilometres

The apartment is situated in the sought after area of Costalita, by the pretty town of Cancelada. With easy access to Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella, its location makes an excellent base to explore all along the Costa del Sol. The town itself has full amenities including several excellent restaurants and bars, a large supermarket, bank and pharmacy all within walking distance. There are also many other restaurants and bars in Benavista, which is approximately 10 minutes walking, distance away. The beach area close to the apartment has a lovely promenade and there is also communal swimming pool located in the town which has a lifeguard, bar and cafe. The towns of Estepona and San Pedro are only 5km away and both also have a lovely beach and promenade. Also the small mountain village of Benhavis situated 7 km away is well worth a visit as it boasts approximately 28 restaurants and bars.

Our apartment is situated on the beach side in the Costalita urbanisation which is between Estepona town and San Perdro. The town of Cancelada is within a short walking distance and all amenities you need are very close by.

Just a brief note on returning from Cancelada to say how much we enjoyed the whole 2 weeks and especially your apartment.

Having holidayed in all manner of different accommodations over the years your apartment really was as good as it gets!! The pleasantness of the decor and furnishings was surpassed only by the extensive nature of the fittings and equipment, there was nothing lacking and infact much more was available then we could have expected. The standard of cleanliness both within the apartment and within the grounds was first class with nothing being more pleasant than sitting on the patio at night with one of those magnificent wine glasses well filled, drinking in not only liquid refreshment but the perfume of the flowers/shrubs on the patio.

Had a very enjoyable stay & wouldn't have any worries about going back again. It was fairly basic but spot on for what we wanted. It was clean & had all the necessary items you'd need daily for eg. kitchen utensils etc. The beach was a 5 min walk; shops & restaurants a bit further (approx 20 mins)
We were 'meeted & greeted' as planned & made very welcome. One small critisism would be the lack of bed sheets (in all fairness there was 6 of us) & those that were available needed a wash before we could use them but all in all we had a lovely time & found the owners co operative & helpful.

excellant accomodation perfect size for our family of five,went in august and plenty of room in swimming pool,some days only a few people.a very secure site for peace of mind,less than five minutes to a sandy beach,supermarket nearby and a couple of resturants nearby(on the beach),otherwise plenty of eateries well within driving distance,the only drawback was the motorway nearby(100 meters)but never bothered us at all you get used to it.we would definatly go to these apartments again we loved it.

Another fantastic break

If you want a taste of Spain that doesn't involve lager louts or typical Brit pubs then this is the place for you.
Plenty of restraunts are within walking distance and there is a great range of different types of cooking (Italian, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese and English)
Estepona 10km away by bus and there is plenty to see. Also has Brit pubs if you can't stay away.
The apartment is excellent having all the facilities of home, but there is the added factor of all that sunshine.
Beach and a few bars very close by.

This is the 2nd time I have been here and I have thoroughly enjoyed both visits. Will definately go there again.

Thanks Mike and Emma your apartment has maintained its very high standards.

It was a pleasure, just wish we were there now (it's raining outside)
