Our Stylish First Floor Self Catering Apartment has been furnished to a high standard to make your stay an enjoyable one. Set on a small private complex set in beautiful sub tropical gardens. The large pool for client's exclusive use is illuminated at night We have two sunny terraces one overlooks the pool and mountains ideal for dining "al-fresco". The main terrace has comfortable seating with reline chairs and sun loungers. There is private parking and lift access. The lounge has leather sofas, satellite T.V. - D.V.D. an intimate dining area subtle lighting with Patio Doors leading to the Main Terrace. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed spacious dressing area hair dryer and beautiful en-suite Bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has twin beds and also benefits from an adjacent guest bathroom. Modern kitchen and utility area are fully equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine. Sauna, games/exercise room by the pool with showers and sun lounges.

Selwo Adventure Park is within walking distance offering a brilliant day out for all the family. .The Laguna beach complex is only 1km away. Drive about 30min West and visit Gibraltar take a boat trip and see the dolphins or a day trip Morroco. Many golf courses are in the area. Notes: Beach wood apartment is our second home and has been furnished to a high standard to make your stay an enjoyable one. Situated on the first floor there is lift access from the underground car park. The apartment is marble floored throughout and air conditioning is available please enquire. There are two sunny terraces. The kitchen terrace overlooks the full size communal pool and tropical gardens.. The pool is illuminated at night and a great size even for the most serious swimmer. There are sun loungers and picnic tables by the pool. The complex also has a fitness/games room and sauna with showers. Our main terrace has sun-loungers and relaxing seating accessed by patio doors from both the lounge and master bedroom. Both terraces are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the "al-fresco" Spanish way of life not forgetting the odd glass of wine.

I have to say the apartment was immaculate and we wanted for nothing; the furnishing was beautiful. The outside area was well kept and the pool was nice normally quite quiet. Sunbeds were stacked to one side and were always available. We have been to Estepona before and like the area as it is not as commercial as further back up towards Malaga. Laguna Village is a great place to visit and have a drink and a meal. The only little niggle was the traffic noise which could be heard from the master bedroom.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
