This beautiful 1st floor apartment is situated within an easy stroll to the famous Dunas Hotel and its beaches. Estepona is only a 5 minute drive away. The development has only 65, mostly privately owned, apartments set within a huge expanse of beautiful tropical gardens, offering a haven of peace & tranquillity. The breathtaking swimming pool can be viewed from the balcony & is completely child friendly. There is an abundance of golf courses within a short distance, the closest one being only a two minute walk away. Dunas Green has a magnificent backdrop view of the mountains which can be viewed from the kitchen window. The cosmopolitan Puerto Banus & Marbella are both within easy access, being only a 15-20 minute drive away. Malaga airport is a 45 minute drive & Gibralta airport is also within easy reach. The new, rather luxurious Laguna Beach Club is only a mile away & offers fantastic shops, cafes, restaurants and beach club. Supermarkets are also within easy access.

Dunas Green is ideally situated for those who want a relaxing break, yet still close enough to enjoy the shopping delights of Marbella and the exciting night-life of Puerto Banus. Estepona offers a large supermarket plus many other shops, cafes and excellent restaraunts. Both Estepona and Puerto Banus have fantastic weekly markets which are well worth a visit. A good bus service operates from the N340. Rhonda and Gibraltar are only a short drive away, whilst Granada, Cadiz and Seville a two to three hour journey well worth undertaking. There is a great water park in Fuengirolla and the Safari Park is within a ten minute drive. Tangiers is but a short hop on the ferry and a fascinating place to experience. Most of the beaches offer various activities and it is great fun discovering the vast array of beaches on offer. Estepona has some of the best. The Tikkitano restaurant offers fine dining and The Jolly Roger offers great sea food, both within easy access from the apartment.

A non-returnable 25% deposit is required immediately to secure booking, with the remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your rental. A £150 returnable deposit for damages is payable at the same time as the remainder. This will be returned after the apartment has been inspected following your visit. Any damages will be taken out of the deposit. All bedding and towels are included in the rental plus one change of linen per week. The apt will receive one clean per week. Beach towels are not provided.
