Newly constructed and finished and furnished to a very high standard. There are two balconies with sea views; one off the living room and one off the main bedroom. The kitchen and utility room have all the modern equipment. the floors are finished in marble. The two bedrooms are shuttered to keep out the mid-day sun.

Estepona's fishing village and Moorish old quarter can still be found amid the booming coastal development. Its main beach more than 2 km long, is lined with fishing boats, and along the promenade are well kept gardens with aromatic flowers. Back from the main Avendia de Espana, the old Moorish village is surprisingly unspoilt with old squares shaded by orange trees. Estepona Marina is home to hundreds of sports craft as well as a bustling fishing port. The apartment has south facing sea views of Estepona Port and is close to two blue flag beaches.

Restaurants: There are a number of very good restaurants offering a great variety of international cuisine in the port. You will find some very good restaurants in Estepona and at Puerto La Duquesa; 8 km. away. My favourite fish restaurant is Restaurant Marymar on the beach front at Sabinillas. For wonderful fish in Estepona go to 'Escolera' at the fishing port and 'Simonette' near tourist office. For something different go to 'Robbies' also near tourist office.

Places to See: Estepona is the ideal centre for touring places of interest on the Costa del Sol. Casares, Rhonda, Manilva, Gibraltar, the old town in Marbella (Casa Antigua) and Puerto Banus are worth a visit. It is also a two hours drive from places of interest like Seville, Jerez, Granada, Cadiz and Sierra Nevada.

Ski: There is Skiing available on the Sierra Nevada about two hours away.

Golf: The following courses are in the vicinity Estepona, La Duquesa, Alcaidesa, Valderama, Satogrande, La Canada, San Roque. El Paradiso - Guadalmino.

Other Activities: Sea fishing, Boating

You where naer by everything you dont have toyou's a car.
Owner's Response: It is nice to get a good review. The apartment is very well situated near all amenities and a car is not needed. It is wheel chair accesable, newly furnished with air conditioning/heating and satellite television.
