This huge apartment is on a gorgeous mature private complex that consists of a small apartment block and a variety of individual mature detached villas directly opposite the beach. It boasts stunning uninterrupted sea views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, Africa and the Atlas Mountains. The apartment is one of the largest you will ever book with modern neutral décor, cool light marble floors bbq + south-facing terrace that gets the sun until late afternoon. There is a well kept unexposed private communal garden and pool. Linen, towels, digital TV, stereo, terrace furniture and loungers provided. Estepona's marina and charming old town with cobbled streets and Andalucian houses are a short drive along the coast. Marbella, Puerto Banus, Casares are all close by.

Situated West of Estepona's marina 7 minutes along the A7 / N340. There is a beach directly opposite accessed via a footbridge. Within walking distance or a 3 min drive along the coast there are two good local beach bar/restaurants with nice loungers. Sabinillas is a 25 min walk West along the beach or 6 min drive away and Puerto La Duquesa just a few mins further along. Puerto Banus is a 25 minute drive and Marbella just 30 minutes. The apartment is just off the N340 so easy to locate. There are spa facilities at the adjacent Albayt Costa Galera Country Club or the Gran Estepona Hotel. There are golf clubs, tennis clubs, spa hotels, horse riding, sailing and water parks and a safari park within reach by car. Malaga, Gibraltar, the beautiful Andalucian mountain villages Casares, Gaucin, Ronda, Coin, Ujen, Mijas, Cadiz and Jebrique within driving distance.

Notes: The apartment is duplex style with a stair case leading upto the main living area which is all on one floor. At the foot of the stairs is a large area for storing bags, luggage, golf clubs, prams. It is huge apartment which can accommodate a large party but I restrict the number of guests according to the bedding arrangements. AVAILABLE FOR LONG WINTER LET AT HUGELY REDUCED RATES.

Adult Holidays: For those wanting to hire an apartment for space and privacy, in search of spas, good restaurants, casinos and shopping this apartment is perfect. It is close enough to town to hop in but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Estepona retains it's Spanish charm and offers night life and some fantastic restaurants.

Golf: The apartment is well positioned for golfers. It is 5 minutes away from Estepona Golf and 10 minutes away from Puerto La Duquesa Golf. Sotogrande, Marbella Country Club and all of the courses around Puerto Banus are within a 20 - 30 minute drive away. The famous Valderamma and La Cala are also within easy reach. The size of this apartment appeals to groups of golfers because there is ample space for upto 5 people plus luggage and golf equipment. Restaurants and night life are in abundance in Estepona, La Duquesa and Puerto Banus.

I have just booked for the 4th time to go back to this apartment! Location is fantastic with Estepona, Peurto Banus and Marbella all within an easy drive.
The property is done up to a very high standard with perfect bbq area on the gorgeous balcony overlooking the sea....

Would highly recommend a visit!
