Notes to the rental rates

  • A 30% deposit is required with each booking. The remainder is required 4 (four weeks) before your stay. Bookings maybe cancelled up to 6 (six weeks) prior to the booked holiday period with a full refund. After this time, a refund will only be given if a replacement booking is found. A security deposit of 285 Euros or 200 GBP will also be required, which will be returned if everything is found in a satisfactory condition, after each stay.
    PLEASE NOTE: SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON THE TERRACE All guests will be met personally at the apartment and the warmest welcome will be offered to all our guests on arrival. A welcome pack is included in the price of your holiday.

Car Rental can be arranged and we offer a welcome pack for our guests. This property may not be suitable for very young children.
