Additional information about rental rates

  • A 30% deposit is required with each booking. The remainder is required 4 (four weeks) before your stay. Bookings maybe cancelled up to 6 (six weeks) prior to the booked holiday period with a full refund. After this time, a refund will only be given if a replacement booking is found. A security deposit of 285 Euros or 200 GBP will also be required, which will be returned if everything is found in a satisfactory condition, after each stay.
    PLEASE NOTE: SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON THE TERRACE All guests will be met personally at the apartment and the warmest welcome will be offered to all our guests on arrival. A welcome pack is included in the price of your holiday.

This bedroom also has double doors which open onto the Terrace, the terrace has magnificent views of the sea. The second bedroom is also tastefully decorated with deep fitted wardrobes with two single beds that connect together to make a double bed if required, sofa bed can be added for an extra person.

Car Rental can be arranged and we offer a welcome pack for our guests. This property may not be suitable for very young children. the apartment has high technical facilities and also offers guests use of a printer/photocopier and scanner, as well as 'always on' permanent internet access.
