This apartment enjoys stunning uninterrupted sea views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, Africa and the Atlas Mountains.This high tech apartment, offers Internet, use of Printer, Photo Copier, Scanner and has DVD/player/Recorder 2 TVs British TV/Radio Channels. The apartment has a beautiful private terrace. This apartment has cool marble floors throughout, remote Air Conditioning, excellent quality furniture. Estepona's marina and charming old town with cobbled streets and Andalucian houses are a 4 minute drive away. Marbella, Puerto Banus, Casares, Puerto La DuQuesa and Sotogrande are all a short distance away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 30% deposit is required with each booking. The remainder is required 4 (four weeks) before your stay. Bookings maybe cancelled up to 6 (six weeks) prior to the booked holiday period with a full refund. After this time, a refund will only be given if a replacement booking is found. A security deposit is also be required, which will be returned if everything is found in a satisfactory condition, after each stay.This is standard practice with rentals.
    PLEASE NOTE: SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON THE TERRACE All guests will be met personally at the apartment and the warmest welcome will be offered to all our guests on arrival. A welcome pack is included in the price of your holiday.

  • The master bedroom has a super king size bed and is very spacious and tastefully decorated with deep fitted wardrobes and remote air conditioning with hot and cold facilities. The bed unzips to create two single beds if required. We offer TV and Radio in the master bedroom. This bedroom also has double doors which open onto the Terrace, the terrace has magnificent views of the sea. The second bedroom is also tastefully decorated with deep fitted wardrobes with two single beds that connect together to make a double bed if required, sofa bed can be added for an extra person.

Notes: This apartment is very tastefully decorated throughout and has outstanding sea views directly over the beach and sea, which you will find hard to beat anywhere else in Spain. the area is basically a quiet location. there are restaurants and a large supermarket within walking distance, but is less than a 5 minute drive from the busy port of Estepona where it has many restaurants, bars and supermarkets, the old town and its two markets a week. Car Rental can be arranged and we offer a welcome pack for our guests. This property may not be suitable for very young children. the apartment has high technical facilities and also offers guests use of a printer/photocopier and scanner, as well as 'always on' permanent internet access.

One of the best

Apartment was really one of the best in my 20 years experience. A lot of space, good furniture, all household utensils and equipment like at home. Sea - next to the door. Very helpfull and nice owners managers.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
