New 3 bedroom garden apartment in Dunas Green, a luxury development between Estepona and San Pedro. The complex is divided into 6 blocks in a semi circle around an 'olympic sized' swimming pool and gardens. It is not overlooked so there is a great feeling of space in the grounds. It is within walking distance of the the beach and close to over a dozen golf courses in the area including Los Flamingos, Gualdalmina , El Paraiso and Atalaya. Only 50 minutes from Malaga Airport. There are two 'short' tennis courts in this gated complex of 65 apartments. The famous Selwo Park Nature Reserve is short distance away. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance, and all along the A7/N340 towards San Pedro, while, Puerto Banus with its prestigious yacht harbour is only 10 minutes drive away - and Estepona is a 10 minutes drive. There is allocated covered parking adjacent to the apartment. We do midweek bookings for cheaper flights.

Dunas Green is situated 500 meters north of the A7/N340 opposite the Las Dunas Beach Hotel and Spa and adjacent to the Golf Coto de la Serena course at the 163 kilometer mark on the A7. Easily accessible from the AP7, either from junction 172 via San Pedro to the east or from junction 157 just six kilometers to the west. Being about halfway between Estepona and San Pedro provides a whole range of attractions all within a short drive. The beach is easily accessible via a pedestrian bridge over the A& less than 10 minutes walk. There are restaurants within walking distance, however a car is recommended. There are a number of shops bars restaurants and attractions just a couple of minutes drive away ..
