This stunning ground floor apartment is furnished to a very high standard with an vast outstanding east and south facing sunny terrace, private garden and large decked BBQ area. The views of the coast are stunning. Situated in the tranquil La Resina Golf and Country Club with its 9 hole golf course and gymnasium. It is located in between the typically Spanish towns of San Pedro and Estepona, both of which have popular weekly markets. Both the beach and Selwo Aventura Safari Park are only a few minutes away by car.

The apartment has a large entrance hall with a spacious lounge/dining area which leads out onto a huge double aspect (south and south-east facing) terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds. The garden has a large lawn area, with a decked area with large fixed barbeque. The master bedroom has a king size bed , dressing room and ensuite, full marble, bathroom.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can also be made up as a king size. The lounge also has a double sofa bed. Both bedrooms lead out onto the terrace, with tables and chairs for your morning coffee. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and there is a second, full marble, bathroom.

Golf Information:
