In July & August we can normally only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings. In Low & Medium Season we are flexible if we are able. Payment terms are 30% on booking with the balance due at least 8 weeks before the start date. If you do have to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to relet we will return your deposit less and administration costs and costs incurred in additional advertising. If you cancel within the 8 week period the full rental is due unless we are able to relet. We do recommend that holiday insurance including cancellation cover is obtained.

The kitchen is extremely well fitted, with granite surfaces throughout. There is a modern hob, and seperate oven. Separate Siemens washer/dryer and tumble drier. A large Siemens Fridge/Freezer and a seperate drinks fridge. Cappuccino coffe machine and a full selection of kitchen utensils for preparing that special dinner. The apartment has air-conditioning throughout and also has underfloor heating. The living and dining room are beautifully decorated with high end contemporary furniture and include a flat screen 32' Plasma TV, a CD and a DVD player. The garage, gardens and pool are all wheelchair accessible by lift/ramps

Luxury & Style

The MAR AZUL complex is low rise - just four stories, built in a traditional Andalusian style but with all the latest comforts and facilities. The large rooms are of the highest quality, with marble floors and special finishes to the wall treatments. The soft furnishing are of the highest standards with natural cottons and pure silks. The apartments have air-conditioning throughout and individually controlled underfloor heating in every room . Fully adjustable halogen lighting which can be changed at a single touch on the 'mood lighting' panel. For the security conscious, we have a video entry system, magnetic key cards, underground car park with remote control gates, direct access lift to the car park, a safe in the master bedroom, 24 hour manned security and resort wide CCTV.

Outdoor living

The Costa del Sol lifestyle is outdoors! In addition to the wonderful gardens and communal pool, you have the benefit of a large private terrace. There are large comfortable outdoor seating in natural fibre & cotton cushions, just perfect for a quite siesta under the retractable awning or for a candle lit supper. There is a small table and bar stool height chairs, so you can sip your coffee over looking the Med, and two quality wooden sun loungers to catch the sun.

Five-Star Facilities

In addition to the spectacular pool there is an attached leisure complex, which for an additional charge provides heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and solarium, a beauty salon, and fully equiped gym. There are also a full range of massage treatments available by appointment. Next door is the 5* KEMPINSKI RESORT HOTEL, with a variety of facilities including poolside restaurants, weekly themed nights in season and another well appointed Spa and beauty salon. The recently opened 'Laguna Village' is a little further along offering additional restaurants, a chic beach club and high end boutiques. Estepona is the nearest town and while the 'New Golden Mile' is truly cosmopolitan, Estepona retains a Spanish feel, with a wide sandy beach, bars and cafes. There are many reasonably priced restaurants in the marina and a number of 'Chirringiutos' (beach cafes).
