This modern well situated first floor apartment, overlooks the communal pool and the attractive mature gardens of this secure gated complex. It is double glazed and equipped with full Air Conditioning/Central Heating. Santa Marta beach is only 800 metres away and all the major resort facilities are within easy walking distance. The apartment is adjacent to the tennis courts and within 300 metres of a thriving bowling club, with a Children's Play Area nearby. There are many golf clubs in the area and the El Paraiso course is only 2 kilometres away. There are numerous restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The apartment makes an excellent centre for walking in the nearby hills. The classic Spanish ‘White Villages’ such as Istan and Casares are an easy drive away. The 'Selwo' safari park is only 5 kilometres down the coast. Puerto Banus with its prestigious yacht harbour is only 10 minutes drive away, whilst Marbella and Estepona are 15 minutes drive.

  • Christmas & New Year £300 per week, Easter £325 per week.
    Special off-peak reductions available for stays in excess of two weeks.
    With the exception of the school summer holiday period, bookings can be accepted throughout the year for any length of time with start and finish dates on any day of the week.
    The rental rate is based on a maximum of 4 people sharing. For additional guests, up to a maximum of 6, an additional charge of £15 per person per week is charged, to cover extra cleaning and laundry.
  • Long term rentals are available from 1st October 2010 to 31st March 2011, for a minimum period of 3 months.
    The long term rental rate is £500 per month with the tenant paying the electricity and water bills

Golf: El Paraiso golf club is only 2 km away and Los Flamingos, Monte Mayor, Guadalmina and both Old and New Atalaya are nearby. There are many other excellent golf courses within easy reach. Facilities are available locally to book tee times at all the major golf clubs on the Costa del Sol. For less serious players a 9-hole course is located only a few kilometres at ‘Coto de la Serena’. Here clubs may be hired and there is no requirement to pre book tee times

We found the apartment very easily as it is next to the main road, although it is a secure site with no traffic noise what so ever, which we really liked. It also has its own secure parking area underground with the apartment. We were met by the onsite represenative who was very helpful and curteous and who showed us everything that we needed to know. The apartment itself is spacious and clean with all the amenities that we required. There is a pool with a shallow pool attached that we enjoyed as we had our young grandaughter with us which was clean and also quite warm. The apartment is situated between Marbella and Estepona making it an ideal location to explore the area with Gibraltar being only 40 mins away. We would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone especially people with young children.

Quiet Oasis in very attractive gardens with pool but close to main road giving quick access to all resorts. Secure garage parking.

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment with balcony overlooking gardens. Helpful and friendly agent in site.

This was my second stay in this very well equipped apartment and we will stay here again. The location is perfect for our needs, it is very easy to find, just off the main road but you'd never know this as the location is very peaceful and does not suffer from any traffic noise. Many of the neighbouring apartments are family homes and as such are not all filled with excessively noisy holiday makers making a peaceful evening on the balcony a real possibility. The complex is very secure with access only by key and the underground parking with lift access to the apartment means you can park safely and never get into a hot car! The communal pool is great and has a linked shallow pool for smaller children to play safely in. The owners and their representatives at the resort are the sort of people we would all wish to deal with, courteous and helpful.
Local bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance and a lovely clean beach with a nice bar can also be reached by walking. For shopping the towns of Marbella and Estepona are about 15 minutes drive away and offer a range of shopping options - try the cakes in the Carrefour supermarket! The picturesque mountain town of Ronda is about an hour away with a fantastic drive up the mountain, Gibraltar is a little over an hour to the south and if you have little ones and don't mind the heat the Selwo animal park is an excellent day out and only 10 minutes away.
