Villa Mirasierra is located in the exclusive El Paraiso valley between San Pedro and Estepona. Set in extensive, mature private gardens including a swimming pool and barbecue area, it is perfectly peaceful. The villa has mountain views to the west, and down the coast to Gibraltar and the Atlas mountains. Accommodation is spacious and airy, with two double bedrooms (both en suite) and two twins (one en suite) and open-plan living area including a luxury kitchen and separate dining area. Digital satellite and CD/DVD player are included. Mirasierra is also perfectly situated for leisure activities. It overlooks the El Paraiso golf course - just one of many renowned courses in the area - and there are facilities for tennis, bowls and horse riding nearby. The beach is only 5 minutes away, and the shopping and nightlife of Marbella and Puerto Banus are just 15 minutes away by car. The villa is also a great base from which to explore the mountains and the famous White Villages of Andalucia.

The El Paraiso valley is located midway between Malaga and Gibraltar, and is roughly about 45 minutes' drive from either airport. The area is well established without being over-developed, and very peaceful. There is a full complement of local amenities including restaurants, shops (including supermarkets), car hire, banks etc.

Die Villa Mirasierra liegt auf einem schönen und gepflegten grossen Grundstück in sehr ruhiger Lage mit Blick ins Grüne.
Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig mit guter Ausstattung. Bis auf einige Details sind Haus und Garten in ausgezeichnetem Zustand.
Die gesamte Abwicklung durch den Vermieter ist absolut problemlos und seriös.
Die gesamte Gegend ist relativ stark englisch geprägt.
Einige (auch gute) Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe und sind auch zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Fazit: Top-Abwicklung! Ruhiger und sehr angenehmer Urlaub in schöner und gepflegter Umgebung!
