Great area for families and parties of all ages. Estepona is a lovely town that is still very Spanish unlike many of the other towns along the Costa Del Sol. Our house is a 5 minute drive into the centre where you can find many shops, restaurants etc and there is a lovely thriving port. The house is 800 metres to the sea. Our local beach is El Padron, which is relatively quiet and has a couple of nice beach bars, but the Rada beach which is in the centre of Estepona is the best. Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character, despite tourism. Even so, all the tourist facilities are here, hotels, restaurants, leisure and cultural activities, and shops. The numerous street cafes and tapas bars still serve traditional Spanish delicacies and the steep, cobbled, narrow streets seem more suited to horses than cars. You'll also find unusual shops and bodegas in Estepona, all very inviting, very friendly - and very cheap

    Rental price includes all electricity, weekly maid service and weekly linen (towels and sheets) change.
    Please provide your own beach towels and linen for the cot if you will be using it.
    25% deposit taken to secure booking.
    Balance to be received no less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday date.
    Credit card payment possible, also Paypal accepted.

    £200 refundable damages deposit to be paid with the balance.

    Preferred changeover during the summer, is weekends. For all other times of the year, we are fully flexible.
    Please contact with your requirements, we will always try to help if we can.
    The house is usually available from 4pm on the day of arrival, and departure time is normally 10am. Again, we will be flexible if we can, especially if your flights are at odd times, so please contact us.

Luxurious and comfortable self catering holiday rental accommodation in Estepona. The house is brand new with lovely new furniture (it was the show house). Located within a secure gated development with allocated parking. 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. Sleeps 6. Sitting room has TV/DVD/Video and Sky satellite. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking pool and tropical gardens. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and utility room with washing machine and drying facilities. South facing house - enjoy all that Spanish sunshine! The terrace/patio is south facing with all day sun making it an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing meal or sunbathing. Garden has a barbeque and patio furniture with parasol. There is a communal pool, within a fenced area ensuring safety for children. The house looks out directly on to the pool, and a gate from the garden leads directly to the pool.

Other Activities: Several theme parks in the area and Marbella Country club in Monda has all types of outdoor sports including Quad Biking, Shooting and Horse riding

We stayed in this house last month and had a great holiday. Very well equipped, comfortable, warm (it was February!) and homely.
We needed a car, but we always rent a car on holiday anyhow as you don't get the most out of a holiday without one. The house was very close to the town and the beach, although it wasn't beach weather when we were there. We go to see lots of places from that base, Ronda, Gibraltar, Cadiz, Jerez and Granada - lots of driving, but all mainly within a couple of hours of the house, so do-able in a day.
We're already booked to go back in the summer for a beach holiday and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

'Having only booked package holidays in the past we were nervous of renting a holiday home for the first time but we needn't have worried the house was lovely and well equipped with everything you could need. We had the communal pool all to ourselves for the 2 weeks of our stay plus there was no shortage of sun beds. We made use of the of the patio and BBQ as it catches the sun all day. We would recommend that you do hire a car. We will be recommending this house to our friends and know doubt we will be making a return visit.'

'Property is ideally situated. We were very impressed with decor and house had everything we could possibly need. Excellent value for money would thoroughly recommend it.'

'The house was equipped to a high standard and there wasn't anything we were missing.The neighbours on both sides of the property were very friendly and helpful.In the port area of Estepona we found some lovely restaurants and bars and the market on Sunday was very vibrant.'
