The house is in the heart of the old town of Estepona near the Plaza de Las Flores & 2 mins walk to the beach. The town of Estepona is located between the Mediterranean & the mountains of Sierra Bermeja & so it offers a great variety of attractions in a small area. It has many bars, shops, restaurants & sporting facilities such as golf, tennis, squash, walking, sailing & horse riding. Casafrancisca is newly decorated & furnished. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, a sitting room/dining room & fully fitted kitchen. The sitting room is on the first floor. It has a beautiful wrought iron window which is a feature of the room. There is seating & dining for 6 persons. It also has satellite TV. On the 2nd floor there are 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes & a separate bathroom. On the 3rd floor is a double bedroom, en suite shower room, air conditioning & access to a small terrace.
