The complex has five swimming pools, five children's swimming pools, beautiful gardens and two tennis courts. The Town Houses have been built in attractive squares, so that each house has access directly to a swimming pool via a small private garden. The beach is only 150 yards away. Very very close by there are several restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and nightlife. All the houses at Albayalde have air-conditioning. Each house has a lounge / dining room, a separate kitchen and an outdoor patio and utility area. The bathrooms are fully marbled, each with a bidet, toilet, wash basin, a bath and shower. The houses are furnished to a high standard. Each kitchen has a fridge / freezer, oven, 4 ring electric hotplates, a fan extractor, a washing machine and plenty of cupboard space. There is plenty of parking and it's free right outside your door.TV's are included in the price.

Albayalde is situated between San Pedro and Estepona on the Beachside of the main N341 which is the main Coast Road from Malaga Airport. The delightful Village of Cancelada is right opposite, which has several restaurants and bars and shops. Nearby there are several more Restaurants and a Shopping Complex and also a Four Star Hotel. Albayalde is in easy distance of Puerto Banus and Marbella. There are several Golf Courses close by.

Televisions are included in the rental price, all units at Albayalde are wired up for satellite TV but chanels are limited.

There is a deposit on the rental units of £40 per person, apart from children under 2 years of age. The final balance is payable eight weeks before arrival. Long lets are available in the low season only. Special rates apply, but you must stay a minimum of six weeks to get the advantage of the rates. The distance to Marbella town is 14 km, Estepona is 8 km, Puerto Banus is 7 km, San Pedro is 5 km, and you can walk across the road to the delightful little village called Cancelada which has many shops Restaurant bars etc. (all distances are approximate).

+200m to beach, no air conditioning

I've been at this Albayalde property just today.
Distance to beach: more than 200 m (not 100) through a service corridor. Please, correct it.
All air-con machines were broken, and the owner only said to me: "you didn't mention that you wanted Air Con when you made the reservation. There is nothing I can do for you, except suggest that you Hire some fans at £ 1.00 per day from the office", although the advice says clearly that it's air conditioned. Heat into the house was terrible for us.
Washing machine installation was also half-broken, and out doors didn't close correctly.

That property needs an urgent repair in many places...
