The house has a large sun patio leading to the communal garden and swimming pool. Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona towns are nearby and the property is ideally located for visits to the historic town of Ronda, Gibraltar, Seville and for a day trip to Morocco. The beach is a short walk away and there are many local restaurants to cater for every palate. The property is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

La Palmera is half way between Estepona town and Puerto Banus off the Crta Cadiz-Malaga N340 at Km 163.5. The area is called Voladilla and the property is close to the exclusive Las Dunas Hotel on the area of coast which has become known as the New Golden Mile.

| Notes: | The property offers accommodation on three floors. The ground floor has a spacious lounge with dining area. The new well equipped kitchen also has a dining area. Other facilities are the downstairs wc and wash area. To the first floor there is a double bedroom with en suite and a twin room with en suite. To the third floor is the family suite comprising a twin room with en suite and adjoining studio lounge with double sofa bed. Each en suite bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet and bath/shower. The property can be accessed from the garden or via the underground garage which has secure parking for 2/3 vehicles. There is an table tennis table in the basement. |
The Development
La Palmera comprises 24 townhouses built around enclosed gardens with a pool and a small paddling pool. A small general store and pharmacy are 10 minutes walk away. The beach is accessed via a footbridge and is a 15 minute walk. Road access is excellent and although there is a good local bus service car hire is recommended.
The Property
The accommodation is on three floors it is not therefore ideal for the infirm or disabled. With self contained sleeping accommodation divided between two floors the property is ideal for a holiday with extended family or for two families sharing.
