A 3 bed and 3 bath villa that sleeps 6 ideal for family w children

Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 102 m2 house, only 5 minutes walk from the sea, located in peaceful community with split-level subtropical gardens. Large living room with 42 inch satellite TV, internet and music system overlooking patio and pool. Modern open kitchen enjoys all facilities: dishwasher, microwave, touch-pad 4-ring electric stove, oven, washing machine, etc. Large, white dining table seating 6 people. Newly refurbished bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, bath, shower and balcony towards the subtropical garden. 1 bedroom has two single beds and own balcony. 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. These two bedrooms share newly refurbished bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. You are only 10 minutes from Puerto Banus with its world-class shopping, marina, restaurants and night-life. You are even closer to the old Spanish village St. Pedro or Estepona with its promenade and sandy beaches. You will find 5 golf courses within 5 minutes drive and over 50 in the region. If you prefer walking or discovering Spain, we can help you with maps and trails covering the mountains close-by.

Located on the beach side of the New Golden Mile you are only 5 minutes walk from Atalaya beach. On the beach you will find a four star hotel offering all watersports. children's playground, fitness center and social events every evening during the summer. You will also find 2-3 beach bars.

Within the community you will find a big pool including a section for small children and guard during July and August. Within walking distance you will find several international restaurants, pubs, bars, Spanish cafes with tapas, a supermarket and fresh bread and English papers every morning.

  • You can pay in Pounds or Euros. We accept PayPal, transfer or cheque. Rental periods Sat-Sat during the main season July-August, unless agreed previously. The rental rates are based on up to 6 people sharing the house. Water, linen and towels (not beach towels) and changeover cleaning are included in the rate. A 33% non-refundable reservation deposit is required on booking, with the balance due at arrival. A security and fully refundable deposit of £200 against damage is due at arrival.
