This clean, spacious, recently refurbished pretty little villa has its own private swimming pool and good size rooms plus all bedrooms are en-suite. The modern kitchen is large and airy and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave etc. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and extra drinks fridge. The comfortable lounge has television with Sky TV providing English channels. You can bring your own Sky TV viewing card with you to increase the choice of channels. The Villa has a large open terrace with comfortable furniture and a brick built barbecue area. The pool is approximately 3 meters by about 4 meters and next to it is a small cabaña where you escape the full sun. The views from this tranquil villa are spectacular; it makes for a perfect hideaway for families who want the privacy of their own villa and pool but do not want to be too far away from the town centre.

Notes to the rental rates

• A cot and high chair available for rent at a cost of 50 Euros per week for either or both items to cover delivery.
  Please add 20% for Easter and Christmas holidays
  
• A security deposit of EUR300 or GBP200 is required. This will be returned on your last day, subject to no damage. Please note that the property is only available after 6pm on your arrival day and that you must vacate the property by 12 noon on the day of departure. This is to allow the cleaners time for their work. We will, however, try our best to make the property available to you earlier. Please take this into consideration when booking your flights. Thank you.
  
• The villa has Sky TV, however, only a few basic channels are provided. We suggest that you bring your own Sky viewing card with you which will greatly increase the number of channels you can view. We also have a limited number of Sky viewing cards available for rent at 20 euros per week. Please ask to book one when reserving this villa.

More general information about the villa

This three bedroom villa has been recently transformed from an original much smaller finca to the villa it now is. It is set in 3000 square meters of land with an area of lawn and about 100 fruit trees of various types including oranges, lemons and avocados. The pool has steps that lead down into it, which makes getting in and out very easy. There is a cabaña to the side of the pool where you can sit is the shade and look out towards the mountains. To the rear of the villa there is a huge terrace with a large built-in barbecue and an excellent place for dining al fresco or lazing in the sun. The inside of the house is airy and spacious. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. The Kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a large utility/laundry room with further freezers and washing machine. The lounge has an open fireplace. Sky TV has been installed but it is advisable to bring your own Sky TV viewing card where possible.

Car hire

We can also arrange good reliable car hire for you. You will be met at the airport arrivals lounge and directed to the villa by a local family car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a quote. We can offer entry level Puntos to Jeeps and cabriolets.

Tourist attractions

Estepona is well located to travel to many places in Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay in Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday. Come to Estepona. It’s a dream!
