Super value villa with private pool & sea views

This villa has a really relaxed atmosphere. It benefits from four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has just about everything you could would want from your own private villa. Excellent sea views, good sized private swimming pool, pretty garden and air conditioning. Whilst this villa is spotlessly clean, some of the furniture might be considered a little quirky in its fashion. Having said that, a couple of the bathrooms have been recently modernised and are well presented. Overall, the villa is very comfortable and has plenty of space. It is in a quiet area, is private and does have plenty of good spots to relax in. Both the master bedroom and the twin room next to it have access to a fabulous terrace with terrific sea views. In the well-kept private garden you will find a proper brick-built barbeque plus the recently modernized swimming pool. If you are looking for a comfortable family holiday in a very competitively priced private villa, then you cannot go wrong.

It is not a purpose built bedroom, but a seperate room with its own access to the swimming pool and part of a kitchen area. Originally it was intended to be a granny flat. The room is quite large.

This villa is spotlessly clean, but some of the furnishings and decor may be considered a little old fashioned. The style of the house is reflected in its very competitive price. Smokers are more than welcome, but please only smoking permitted on the terraces and in the garden This villa is about a five-minute drive from the town of Estepona and the new developments at Sabanillas. It is in a popular area known as “Buenas Noches”. This is an established area mainly made up of good sized villas on private plots. As you enter Buenas Noches, you go up a small hill for about 30 metres. This gives the villa a good elevation away from the road and provides uninterrupted sea views. Whilst the sea is only about 500 metres away, you cannot walk directly to the beach. You need to use a footbridge to cross the main road.

Luxury villa yacht charter

We can offer this villa with a special offer on a private yatch charter day out. A trip on the 'Mariposa' - a 41 foot sailing boat (a 'Benateau Celebration' 411)? The day excursion (up to 6 Adult + 2 child max) costs just 360 Euros (about £30 each) This excursion is designed to last up to six hours. The boat sails around the Estepona Bay area and allows you to take-in the coastal scenery, go in search of the dolphins who swim in and around the Straights of Gibraltar (calm waters permitting) and, if you like, you can join in by taking the helm and actually steering and sailing of the boat! During your trip, you can drop anchor, have some time to relax and sunbathe and maybe take a swim straight off the back off the boat! Lunch, if ordered, can then be served and your drinks provided. After lunch, you can decide if you wish to do some more sailing, perhaps go on further up the coast or just stay anchored for the remainder of your time. Go on push the boat out!

Tourist attractions

Estepona is well located to travel to many places…Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay in Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday. Come to Estepona. It’s a dream!
