Close to the sea, this modern house has been furnished to a high standard. On the first floor, both spacious bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and overlook the garden. The master bedroom features a large ensuite bathroom, and both bedrooms also have window shutters to keep out the mid-day sun. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave & washing machine, and the living room has UK Satellite TV and fireplace. The house has double glazing throughout, marble floors & air conditioning. The large private garden is south-facing and has a private pool, terrace and barbecue. The house is located in sunny Estepona - on the Andalucian coast of Southern Spain. Estepona is a medium sized town, still very Spanish, and has plenty of restaurants and bars. It is located 15 minutes from the famous resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella, 20 minutes from Gibraltar and 40 minutes from Malaga.

Golf Information: The Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise. Within 30 minutes of the house, there are over 20 courses, offering a challenge to the single handicapper or the occasional four-ball player. Within 5 minutes is Estepona Golf, and Duquesa Golf is only slightly further. Valderrama, Sotogrande and San Roque are all within 20 minutes, while La Quinta, Monte Mayor and Marbella are no more than half an hour's drive. You can even play at night, at La Dama de Noche!

Shopping and Browsing: Estepona marina with it's pretty shops, bars and restaurants is close by, and Estepona Old Town is 5 minutes away. Puerto Banus and Marbella are 20 minutes away with their exclusive boutiques and department stores. Open-air markets are extremely popular, and they include Puerto Banus (Saturday), Sabinillas (Sunday morning), Sotogrande (Sunday afternoon), and Estepona (Wednesday).

Great location, spacious house which is very well looked after and offers everything you could possibly want for a holiday. Pool is beautiful and the house is immaculate throughout - we were really well looked after throughout the whole booking process. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful, beautiful house! We had such a great time - the setting is just fab! I would recommend hiring a car as there is lots to do just not that much within walking distance.

The house is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need during a holiday. It is spacious, very clean and secure. The pool was stunning and much needed when the weather was just so superb for our entire stay.

My husband and I simply wanted a break, time away to relax and get away from the stresses of work - and this holiday did not disappoint.

The customer service was second to none - and when we had a slight issue after a power cut the English Speaking contact was so helpful (thanks Christine!)

I have recommended this property to family and friends and am looking forward to booking it again for another break!!!

I stayed here in Aug 2008 for a week and had a fantastic holiday. The owners were fantastic and answered any questions we had before arriving very promptly.

The property is extremely spacious for 4 people and immaculately well kept. The pool area is lovely and feels very private.

I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone considering the apartment.
