**Amazing Value*** - this villa is the perfect location for a large group of friends or maybe two families who want to really enjoy spending a relaxed time on holiday. The villa has everything that you could possibly want. It has a large swimming pool (10m x 6m) which is kept heated to a good temperature all year round. Upstairs there is plenty of comfortable seating for dining or relaxing. The gardens are a labyrinth of pretty little walkways that you can explore to find secluded seating areas with spectacular views of countryside & of course the sea. Downstairs, there is a sauna, hot tub/jacuzzi, table tennis games room with Playstation2 & a mini gym (weights machine and static bike). This villa is excellent value for money. Whilst it is not the most modern villa on the market, it does have many extra facilities you would not expect to find at this price level.

The villa is located in the urbanisation of Forest Hills where the neighbourhood comprises of just large quality villas in beautiful countryside. The villa is conveniently only a short drive to the sea . The nearest beach is the exclusive beach club of Laguna Village, otherwise the whole of the coast is one long beach. A car is necessary as, in our opinion, it is just a little too far to walk, however, having said that, Estepona town is also only about 4 KM away. Everything you could want is close to hand but you really need a car to get there. The large hypermarket of Carrefour is about 4.5 Km. Very close by you have a tennis club and also a golf club. This villa would also be perfect for a large group looking for a golfing holiday. The Andalucian centre for horse training is also close by. Here you can stroll around the stabled horses, take in a horse show, or use the restaurant/bar while watching the jumping. This villa really is in a good location for the Costa del Sol.

The rental price agreed is payable as follows. 30% to secure the accomodation within one week of confirmation and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. In case the arrival is less than six weeks, the whole rental amount must be paid immediately.

A security deposit of EURO 500.00 (or GBP 300.00) in cash is payable upon arrival. This will be returned to you on your last day subject to no damage or breakages.

| Notes: | This is lovely relaxed villa which we are sure you will enjoy using. There is also a large outside dining area by the pool which makes for a perfect setting to dine in the warm evenings with the garden and pool lighting switched on. After diner the adults might continue whilst the children can play close at hand where the parents can easily keep an eye on them. There is so much to do for children and young adults in this villa. Hot tub, heated pool, Children's Playstation area, Sauna, Gym, table tennis, Sky TV, and the large gardens. The beds are very comfortable throughout and the location is perfect. ADSL is available to hire at a cost of 70 euros per week which includes 1Gb of download. There is ample parking space too. If you require more photos or more information then please ask or call us. Tourist attractions
Estepona is well located to travel to many places…Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay in Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday. Come to Estepona. It’s a dream!

Luxury villa yacht charter
We can offer this villa with a special offer on a private yatch charter day out. A trip on the 'Mariposa' - a 41 foot sailing boat (a 'Benateau Celebration' 411)? The day excursion (up to 6 Adult + 2 child max) costs just 360 Euros (about £30 each) This excursion is designed to last up to six hours. The boat sails around the Estepona Bay area and allows you to take-in the coastal scenery, go in search of the dolphins who swim in and around the Straights of Gibraltar (calm waters permitting) and, if you like, you can join in by taking the helm and actually steering and sailing of the boat! During your trip, you can drop anchor, have some time to relax and sunbathe and maybe take a swim straight off the back off the boat! Lunch, if ordered, can then be served and your drinks provided. After lunch, you can decide if you wish to do some more sailing, perhaps go on further up the coast or just stay anchored for the remainder of your time. Go on push the boat out!
