This well priced villa is the perfect location for a large group of friends or maybe two families who want to really enjoy spending a relaxed time on holiday. The villa has everything that you could possibly want. It has a large swimming pool (10m x 6m) which is kept heated to a good temperature all year round. Upstairs there is plenty of comfortable seating for dining or relaxing. The gardens are a labyrinth of pretty little walkways that you can explore to find secluded seating areas with spectacular views of countryside & of course the sea. Downstairs, there is a sauna, hot tub/jacuzzi, table tennis games room with Playstation2 & a mini gym (weights machine and static bike). This villa is excellent value for money and will suit families or groups of friends.

The villa is located in the urbanisation of Forest Hills where the neighbourhood comprises of just large quality villas in beautiful countryside. The villa is conveniently only a short drive to the sea . The nearest beach is the exclusive beach club of Laguna Village, otherwise the whole of the coast is one long beach. A car is necessary as, in our opinion, it is just a little too far to walk, however, having said that, Estepona town is also only about 4 KM away. Everything you could want is close to hand but you really need a car to get there. The large hypermarket of Carrefour is about 4.5 Km. Very close by you have a tennis club and also a golf club. This villa would also be perfect for a large group looking for a golfing holiday. The Andalucian centre for horse training is also close by. Here you can stroll around the stabled horses, take in a horse show, or use the restaurant/bar while watching the jumping. This villa really is in a good location for the Costa del Sol.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A Cot and high chair may be provided for 50 Euros extra per week. High speedc Internet can be provided for 50 Euros for one week's hire or 70 Euros for one month's hire.
  • The rental price agreed is payable as follows. 30% to secure the accomodation within one week of confirmation and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. In case the arrival is less than six weeks, the whole rental amount must be paid immediately.Firewood is an extra chargeable item during the colder months.
  • A security deposit of EURO 500.00 (or GBP 300.00) is taken on arrival by credit card. This is returned to you shortly after your departure.

    In resort staff are available throughout your stay in case you need them. They will meet you on arrival and take you to the villa and answer any questions you may have.

Notes: This is lovely relaxed villa which we are sure you will enjoy using. There is also a large outside dining area by the pool which makes for a perfect setting to dine in the warm evenings with the garden and pool lighting switched on. After diner the adults might continue whilst the children can play close at hand where the parents can easily keep an eye on them. There is so much to do for children and young adults in this villa. Hot tub, heated pool, Children Playstation area, Sauna, Gym, table tennis, Sky TV, and the large gardens. The beds are very comfortable throughout and the location is perfect. ADSL is available to hire at a cost of 70 euros per week which includes 1Gb of download. There is ample parking space too. If you require more photos or more information then please ask or call us. Tourist attractions: Estepona is well located to travel to many places…Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay in Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday. Come to Estepona. It’s a dream!

Car hire & airport transfers: We can also arrange good reliable car hire for you. You will be met at the airport and directed to the villa by a local family car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a quote. We can offer basic Fiat Pandas to Mercedes and Jeeps.

Yacht charter: In combination with this lovely house, we can offer reduced rates on yacht charter. Either a full or half day can be arranged. Do ask about this when enquiring . .. go on, push the boat out!

'Dear Martin, thank you so much for our holiday in this wonderful family house. I don't think the kids were out of the pool for more than half an hour a day!! The jacuzzi and sauna were a real bonus for us as we have never had such things on holiday before.' J Sanderson + Family - March 07
