The Villa Araucaria is situated within a select estate less than 12 MINUTES from Malaga Airport. This Spacious Family Home comfortably accommodates 16 people in 6 large AIR CONDITIONED bedrooms. This luxurious property benefits from a PRIVATE POOL, GAMES ROOM with POOL TABLE, BAR and SAUNA. The gardens are secure ensuring privacy and include a BBQ, Terrace and a Garage for guests use. The large Balcony boasts of views of the Gualdahorce Valley down to the airport and up to the Sierra Llana Mountains.

The Villa Araucaria is a 3 minute walk to a restaurant, bar, pharmacy and supermarket. The holiday rental villa is a 5 Minute walk to the local Plaza where you can enjoy good food at the Italian and Spanish Restaurants. There are ATM and Banking Facilities, Hairdressers and a Supermarket which provides many English Products. A 3 minute drive into the main part of Alhaurin will find you many more restaurants and shops. The Villa is a 10 minute drive to the beaches at Los Alamos and Torremolinos, where there are many Chiringuitos (Beach Bar Restaurants) and Plaza Mayor offers further cuisine, cinemas and shops. The Aqua Park and Crocodile Centre in Torremolinos, in addition to Tivoli World in Benalmadena make a great day out for the children. The scenic mountain routes to El Chorro, El Torcal, the Lakes and Ronda are worthwile excursions for all the family and maps and detailed guides are provided by us. These include View Points for some exceptional photography, Bars and Tapas.

Notes: We provide FREE COTS for babies under 18 months. There is a weekly linen service and due to popular request we now provide TOWEL HIRE at €2 per towel per week. The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with street lighting and a public telephone at only 5 minutes walking distance.

Fantastic Villa

This is a fantastic villa, we have just got home on friday after spending a week there and we were all gutted to leave! The owner of the house is a kind and fantastic helpful person and he gave us all a warm welcome.

The villa itself is massive and in top condition with a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and a 10 minute drive into torramolinos and belamadera.

All in all, I can thoughly recommend this property to everyone!!!

Excellent Villa with reliable internet description

Sometimes on the internet purchases are much less than you expect. However this villa was probably slightly understated on the web. Having just come through the hassle of flying and airports with 5 children our first glimpse and indeed genuine welcome at the villa completly de-stresed us and set the tone for a most enjoyable holiday.
