• POSSIBLE TO ARRIVE AND LEAVE TUESDAY ,OR SATURDAY The great advantage of this villa if you are on an early or late flight the owner meets you at a meeting point near the airport to show you to the villa via a scenic route. We have a 7 seater or 4 seater car with driver if you wish to have extra clients or luggage transferred to the villa 35 euros for 7 seater and 25 euros for car. These people are available for taxi service during your stay.
  
• Due to having to vacate at 10.00 hrs .on day of leaving if you are on a late flight mark the owner has facilities for you to leave luggage and collect before going to the airport
  
• The owner provides a champegne welcome for you.

Villa Agua Mania is a delightful bungalow style property. It is suitable for family or couples holiday. It is owned by a British couple who have given the property alot of T.L.C. time of entering villa 15.00 hrs time of vacating 10.0.a.m.if you arrive early or have to leave late facilities for your luggage is available.tHE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A FEATURE OF A KING SIZE BED AND IT HAS WALK OUT PATIO GLASS DOORS ONTO RELAXING AREA.

Agua Mania is situated only half an hour from Malaga airport in a quiet location and is accessible via a good road. It is nestled at the foot of the mountains and is surrounded by flat cultivated land being set with orange and lemon groves. It is only 20 mins drive to the coast which boasts many attractions e.g. water sports, aqua park, spectacular marina ( Benalmadena) sea world and a Tivoli world which is one of the largest theme parks of Europe. There is horse riding close to the villa, a crocodile park also 3 golf courses within a 15 mins drive and also within 5 mins drive is the town of Coin and Alhaurin Grande with many good restaurants, and bars to suite all age groups also plenty of shopping and banks.

Agua Mania is an ideal holiday for children as it is all fenced with large entrance gates it has swings and a sand pit. There is a barbeque with a seating area and also a huge paved area with tables and chairs for relaxing and eating, also 8 sun beds for relaxation around the private 8 by 4 swimming pool. This is a good location where golfers can relax and enjoy golf not too far away ( we have a golf handling society) we also arrange cars at affordable prices at the entrance of airport.
